  1. Taako: Taako had been drinking for the majority of the night, but it took him about an hour ago to realize he reached the point where it stopped being fun. So, as he sat alone in the bar he had snuck into, head resting on his hand, he thought long and hard about how he was going to get home. He knew he couldn't call Lup, she'd be furious she wasn't invited. Magnus was out because he worries too much about the law. Eventually, he clumsily pulled out his phone and dialed the only person whose name had been swimming in his head for too long. When he heard the other line pick up, he smiled. "Kravitz, my dear man. I need a favor!"
  2. Kravitz: Kravitz rubbed his eyes as he sat up in bed, picking up the phone groggily. He barely registered the voice that belonged to Taako's before saying, "Yeah, give me a moment." He set his phone down on the bed and placed it on speaker as he stretched out. Sure, giving Taako is number wasn't the most /professional/ thing to do, but, he had asked out of school bounds so, that lessened it. He picked up the phone once he was able to formulate a thought, yawning softly. "How are you, Taako?"
  3. Taako: "Wicked drunk, my man." Taako spun in his chair, leaning his elbows on the bar. He sipped at his drink as he explained his situation, despite knowing drinking more was exactly what he did not want to do. He took a long drink up the straw before continuing. "I need you to pick me up. I came by myself."
  4. Kravitz: "Aren't you still technically underage?" Kravitz sighed as he slid a shirt and some sweatpants on, tying his dreads back with a scrunchie. "And what bar are you at, I'll put it into my GPS and I'll be on my way in ten," he said as he went over to the front door and slid his shoes on.
  5. Taako: "Age is just a number, and all that. No one says anything." He finished off his drink and all but slammed it onto the counter, earning him a few looks. "I'm at that one place near the, uh, oh shit. That ice cream place? With the dog on the sign?" He turned back around, leaning forward on the bar. "You know what I'm talking about, right?"
  6. Kravitz: Kravitz sighed, picking up his keys and walking down to his car. "Yeah, I know where you're at. I'll be there in ten minutes. Do you want me to stay on the phone with you?" Kravitz unlocked his car and slid inside, setting his phone down in the stand he had. Once he turned the car on, it connected to the bluetooth, the call audible in the car.
  7. Taako: Taako hummed, weighing each option for a long while. After a minute or so, he nodded, having his hand dismissively. "Okay, don't hang up."
  8. Kravitz: "Alright," Kravitz spoke as he started to drive to the bar. "Do you want me to drive you back to your apartment? Do you even have the key?"
  9. Taako: "I dunno... I coulda sworn I took it. It's on my car keys, though. Which I didn't bring..." Taako trailed off, humming again as he patted himself down. "Nope! Don't have 'em!"
  10. Kravitz: Kravitz sighed again, taking a deep breath. "Alright, then. I'll let you stay on my pullout couch." He pulled up into the bar parking lot, putting his car in park. "Can you come outside? I'm in sweatpants and a shirt."
  11. Taako: "I know what you look like, hot stuff. How could I forget?" Taako said, as he pushed himself out of his seat and stumbled through the room and out the doors. He looked around for a minute before spotting Kravtiz and hanging up the call. As he passed the other to get into the car, he placed his hand on Kravitz's shoulder, as a silent thank you.
  12. Kravitz: Kravitz looked over and gave Taako a soft smile, a silent you're welcome in return. "Seatbelt?" He said, laughing softly and putting the car in drive again.
  13. Taako: Taako hummed in affirmative, reaching over clumsily to put his seatbelt on. "I've known you so long, and I've never been to your house," he said, slurred. "Where do I even see you everyday...?" He trailed off, thinking for a bit before gasping. "Oh, shit!"
  14. Kravitz: Kravitz couldn't help but laugh as he drove, looking over at Taako every now and again when they were at red lights. "How many drinks did you have, Taako?"
  15. Taako: "Lost count," he simply said, leaning back to rest his feet on the dashboard. "Just enough to get drunk, but not enough to get sick. Got it down to a science."
  16. Kravitz: Kravitz gently tapped Taako's knee, frowning softly. "Feet off the dashboard, please. Gets the car dirty and I don't want you getting hurt." He watched as he pulled into his neighborhood, driving to his house.
  17. Taako: Taako whined, reluctantly pulling his legs back. He sat in silence for the rest of the ride, almost in spite of Kravitz's direction.
  18. Kravitz: Kravitz pulled into his driveway, turning off the car and unbuckling his seat belt. He got out of the car and went over to Taako's side, opening the door for him.
  19. Taako: Taako, despite still feeling petty about the dashboard rule, smiled up at Kravitz as he struggled to undo his seatbelt. As he started to follow Kravitz, he started laughing, trying to keep it to himself as he walked.
  20. Kravitz: Kravitz hesitated for a moment before hooking an arm around Taako to keep him standing. He assisted him as they walked to the front door, unlocking it and opening it for him. They walked inside and he closed the door behind them. "Let me get you some water, okay?"
  21. Taako: Taako nodded, a smile pulling at his lips. He slowly lowered himself onto the couch as he looked around, noticing he could get a clear understanding of who Kravitz was outside of school. He snorted a laugh as Kravtiz came back with his water. "It's weird seeing you in sweatpants. The most dressed down I've seen you was when you unbuttoned your shirt collar a few weeks ago."
  22. Kravitz: "You called me at like, midnight. I was asleep." Kravitz rolled his eyes and sat down next to Taako. "Slid the most comfortable clothing I had on. But there's a uniform code for teachers, believe it or not. I have to look somewhat presentable."
  23. Taako: Taako took a long drink of the water and set it down. "Oh, believe me, you do a good job."
  24. Kravitz: Kravitz smiled softly. "Do you want me to open up the pullout couch for you?"
  25. Taako: "Hmm, no." Taako leaned in, pressing himself against Kravitz's side. "I want to sleep with you."
  26. Kravitz: Kravitz felt his face heat up, and he quickly looked away, sitting up straight. "That's not very professional, or appropriate for a student and teacher."
  27. Taako: "Listen, no one's gonna watch it happen. No one needs to know."
  28. Kravitz: Kravitz tried not to cave, he really did. He sighed softly and relaxed slightly. "You can sleep in the bed with me, alright?"
  29. Taako: Taako smiled triumphantly, nodding as he stood. For a moment, he lost his balance before righting himself. "I s'pose we should get moving, then? It's almost one-thirty."
  30. Kravitz: "Yeah, alright." Kravitz stood up, helping Taako to his bedroom. He plugged his phone in before laying down, yawning.
