Kaoruko teaches Maya french

Steam hung lazily in the air of the dorm's bathhouse. Kaoruko sighed, the heat of the water not melting away her tension like it usually did. She was too focused on concocting a scheme to get her servant back from the french girl to relax. And although she'd never admit it, she kind of missed her dwarven friend. Not to mention her feet were in agony due to not being massaged properly in days.

The door opened to reveal Tendou Maya in a towel. In a flash a plan formed in Kaoruko's head.

"Tendou-han, welcome to my bathhouse~"

"Good evening Hanayagi-san. Here early as always?"

"Surely we're close enough to not get bogged down in petty squabbling, Tendou-han? I think we could become good friends if we tried. I know, let's start now: you call me Kaoruko and I'll call you Maya..." Kaoruko trailed off as she watched Maya's closely for minute reactions, the faintest hint of a blush creeping over her face.

"-han." she finished after a tense few seconds, grinning smugly. The class star didn't interact with her classmates often and usually let her intimidating presence get her through social situations, but today Kaoruko was determined to get the upper hand.

"I-if you insist, Kaoruko-san. Perhaps I have been too distant from our classmates."

Maya was surprisingly taken back by Kaoruko's suggestion. The last person she expected to reach out to her was the uninterested and undetermined princess. She sat down on a stool and began washing herself. The water splashed behind her as Kaoruko rose out of the bath.

"Maya-han, to celebrate our new friendship I'll wash your back~"

Before Maya could protest Kaoruko grabbed the sponge from her hands and gently brushed her hair out of the way. The sudden intimacy froze Maya in place; she'd barely even imagined being this close to someone, and it certainly wasn't Kaoruko who entered her thoughts when she did. She shivered as the sponge was pressed against her back.

"You know," began Kaoruko as she gently traces circles in the delicate skin of the class idol's back, "I'm actually very perceptive when it comes to people's emotions, and you seem like you've got something on your mind."

Maya tensed up for a second. Bingo, thought Kaoruko.

"Is it something I could help you with?"

"W-well, you wouldn't happen to..." Maya trailed off, clearly unsettled about being on the back foot for a change. "Do you know how to speak French?"

"Of course," Kaoruko lied, "my family made sure I was well versed in many foreign languages."

She leaned in, pressing her ample chest against Maya's back. Maya's mind was blank: all she could feel was the hot breath on her ear.

"Bonjour~"

It was like fireworks were set off inside her. Even though it wasn't the object of her affection, Maya's brain was hardwired to be set off by any french. Shivers ran up her spine, and Kaoruko knew her plan would work. She decided to have a little fun now that she had the class' star in her hands.

"I'll do you a deal, mon cheri~" Another little jump from Maya. "You help me out and I'll teach you french."

"Y-yeah..."

Kaoruko stood up and moved back into the bath, reclining against the side. Maya's eyes were drawn to her curves through clouded vision, and she struggled to look away.

"First thing's first..." Kaoruko raised a foot out of the steaming bath and wiggled her toes. "Massage my feet~"

Maya's feet moved automatically, walking down into the bath to join Kaoruko. Her face burned with shame as she held the other girl's foot lightly and began rubbing it. Kaoruko's face broke into a smug grin as the class' best student could barely even look in her direction.

"Mmm~, that's the spot. Now the other one, mon cheri~"

As soon as Maya had taken her other foot, the door to the bathhouse slid open. Claudine stood on the other side, peering in.

"Kaoruko-san, were you talking to someone?"

Small bubbles broke the surface of the water where Maya had quickly dived under near Kaoruko's feet.

"Of course not Saijou-han, I was practicing my singing. Did you need something from me that Futaba-han couldn't help you with?"

Even Claudine was taken aback by the sharpness in Kaoruko's voice. Everyone was used to her temper but rarely was it directed at anyone but Futaba.

Maya still held onto Kaoruko's foot, but the other was free. She slowly slid it up Maya's chest, neck, and onto her cheek.

"Have you seen Tendou-san? I thought I saw her coming to the baths earlier, but..."

More bubbles. Maya was starting to struggle under the water. Kaoruko responded by pressing down on her face with her foot, her trademark smug smile returning to her face.

"Oh? Chasing after Tendou-han again?" Kaoruko giggled, covering her mouth. Claudine pouted, a blush lighting her cheeks. "Well she's not here. When you find her though, tell her I said 'bonjour~'"

Claudine looked curiously at Kaoruko for a moment before leaving to continue her search. The princess held her foot down on Maya's face for a few more seconds before letting her up. Maya burst out of the water and breathed deeply.

"What's wrong Maya-han, you didn't want Kuro-san to see you playing with someone else~?"

Maya blushed and looked down. She still held one of Kaoruko's feet in her hands, and her other foot was resting on her shoulder.

"You co~uld go talk to her, or..." The foot on Maya's shoulder moved, tracing around her jawline before Kaoruko's toes stopped on her lips. Maya turned an even deeper shade of red, the shame of her situation lighting a fire deep inside her chest. "Or we could keep going~"

Maya looked into Kaoruko's eyes. "T-Tendou Maya doesn't back down from a challenge!"

"Good girl, Maya-han~"
