  1. <<Final Fantasy Theme Guide>>
  2.
  3. <<General Info>>
  4.
  5. Final Fantasy. Ask many people what their favourite theme besides from default, and this will definately be there. One of the themes with complete balance, arguably more than default. The theme was written by Deria, who also made themes such as Castle and Fire Emblem, but none quite match FF.
  6.
  7. <<Summary>>
  8. All your favorite Final Fantasy heroes and villains have gathered for a gigantic battle royale! The villains bring threatening new abilities to the arena, each one able to cripple the heroes severely. Only one thing is certain, though- last party standing wins

  11. <<Roles List>>
  12.
  13.
  14. {| class="wikitable"
  15. |-
  16. ! Role Name
  17. ! Role Team
  18. ! # of Players
  19. ! Description
  20. |-
  21. | Moogle
  22. | Village
  23. | 6-30
  24. | The Moogle is your average villager. You have little power in the village except the role to vote. Yay Democracy! Choosing to claim Moogle is entirely up to you. Usually refered to as Moogle, Citizen, Villager, or even Kupo.
  25. |-
  26. | Cactuar
  27. | Village
  28. | 9-30
  29. | Often referred to as Cactus or Miller, both Locke and Vayne Solidor will see you as Kefka. So be wary. A new addition is that Cactuar now sees himself as Locke and he also has the inspect command. His inspection allows him to be correct 10% of the time, but 90% of the time, the target will reveal as Kefka. As such, it is tough to determine what is geniune, especially when Kefka is alive.
  30. |-
  31. | Locke
  32. | Village
  33. | 3-30
  34. | Known as Inspector, he inspects once a night. He generally forms what I like to call Inner Circle One of Locke, Zidane and Lightning. The concept is that Locke inspects, nearly always Zidane will hax Locke, and if Lightning chooses to kill, Zidane could hax Lightning as well and they could be reliably connected.
  35. |-
  36. | Auron
  37. | Village
  38. | 1-30
  39. | Known as Bodyguard, he protects once a night, but he gets an extra perk: He can hax distracts. This allows him to form Inner Circle Two with Tifa, Tidus and Cecil. He can also hax Yunalesca and who she is distracting and therefore ask someone to vote her off in order to not arouse suspicion.
  40. |-
  41. | Tifa
  42. | Village
  43. | 5-30
  44. | Known as PL, she protects once a night, but she gets an extra perk: she can hax protects. This allows her to form Inner Circle Two with Auron, Cecil and Tidus. She can also hax Judge Gabranth and who he is protecting and therefore ask someone to vote her off in order to not arouse suspicion.
  45. |-
  46. | Cecil
  47. | Village
  48. | 8-30
  49. | He's a Bodyguard, but with a few interesting characteristics. He can protect himself first, protecting him from all nightkills but Kefkas and he has a vote of -1, which can be used to confuse the enemies, so long as you use it wisely.
  50. |-
  51. | Aerith
  52. | Village
  53. | 21-30
  54. | A very unique role, you have no vote, but you do have a huge advantage: You can't be killed at night. Sephiroth and Ultimecia can still kill you, and you can be voted out, but considering most of the killers kill during the night, it's a massive benefit, that can be used to connect roles.
  55. |-
  56. | Zidane
  57. | Village
  58. | 14-30
  59. | He's a Spy with a 40% chance to find out who is dying and a 15% chance to find who is killing them. Be aware that you cannot hax poison, Kefka or Sephiroth. He can also connect with Lightning this way. You also have an almost guaranteed chance (99%) to find Locke when he inspects. Vayne Solidor evades inspection hax though, but you can still detect him when he kills.
  60. |-
  61. | Lightning
  62. | Village
  63. | 12-30
  64. | Pretty much a normal Vigilante. Can kill before Sephiroth, but after Kefka and the 2 mafia teams.
  65. |-
  66. | Cloud
  67. | Village
  68. | 16-30
  69. | Pretty much a Samurai, but you now evade daykills, so you can reveal when Kefka, Ultimecia and sometimes Kuja are dead.
  70. |-
  71. | Tidus
  72. | Village
  73. | 23-30
  74. | A distracter who has a huge sum of 3 DISTRACTS! But you do have 0 vote, so that kind of cancels out your good points. Still a powerful role if played right.
  75. |-
  76. | Gigantaur
  77. | Village
  78. | 24-30
  79. | Also known as Bomb, he will kill anyone that kills him during the night. This unfortunately does not pass onto daykills or poison.
  80. |-
  81. | Garland
  82. | Garland
  83. | 2-11
  84. | Pretty much a basic mafia that only appear in small games, and only a maximum of 2 in a game, before they are replaced.
  85. |-
  86. | Jecht
  87. | Sin
  88. | 12-30
  89. | He's a regular mafia, similar to Garland.
  90. |-
  91. | Yunalesca
  92. | Sin
  93. | 12-30
  94. | An interesting role to the Sin, it works as an evil PL. It can be used to distract inspectors, or perhaps the Solidors. Just be wary that Auron haxes you. Also has +2 votes to help win in a 1 on 1 situation.
  95. |-
  96. | Seymour
  97. | Sin
  98. | 18-30
  99. | The leader of the Sin, Seymour works and shares a kill with Jecht, but he is also immune to all distracts. Similar to a Don in Default Mafia.
  100. |-
  101. | Larsa Solidor
  102. | House Solidor
  103. | 12-30
  104. | He's a regular mafia, similar to Garland.
  105. |-
  106. | Judge Gabranth
  107. | House Solidor
  108. | 12-30
  109. | An interesting role for the Solidors, Judge Gabranth can protect a teammate a night from kills by The Sin, Lightning and Sephiroth (but not Kefka). Be wary though that Tifa haxes you and who you protect, which is even worse than Yunalesca's hax. Also has +2 votes to help win in a 1 on 1 situation.
  110. |-
  111. | Vayne Solidor
  112. | House Solidor
  113. | 19-30
  114. | The leader of the Solidors, Vayne Solidor not only shares a kill with Larsa Solidor, but he also gets an inspect! This inspect also cannot be haxed by Zidane at all. Be aware that your kill however can be haxed.
  115. |-
  116. | Kefka
  117. | Kefka's Posse
  118. | 4-11, 13-30
  119. | An insanely powerful and dangerous role, in games of under 15 players, there is a reason Kefka is alone: he's very powerful. He works with the infinite voter Kuja in bigger games. His kill will come before anything but distracts, which means you will kill through protects and you kill distracters, guranteeing you a kill every night. You also cannot be haxed by Zidane.
  120. |-
  121. | Kuja
  122. | Kefka's Posse
  123. | 17-30
  124. | Another very strong role, this role requires stealth to pull of the win. You have no night or day actions, but your infinite vote will guarantee you the win if no killers bar Kefka are alive. You may have to give yourself away as Kuja, and then you'll be listed as a Priority though. You also have a -9998 voteshield, so you can vote yourself to disguise yourself. You automatically win when all killers and poisoners apart from Kefka are dead.
  125. |-
  126. | Ultimecia
  127. | Ultimecia
  128. | 22-30
  129. | One of 2 lone roles, you aren't so much a threat early game, but late game, you can dominate the game. At your disposal are 2 poisons, killing your target without fail the next night. They are no roles which are immune to poison or safeguarders, so it's guaranteed to hit them. Also, you have a +4 vote to dominate late game votes, unless Kuja is in the game.
  130. |-
  131. | Sephiroth
  132. | Sephiroth
  133. | 20-30
  134. | The other lone role, who poses more of a threat earlier, but can still just as easily win, Sephiroth can both get a nightkill and an unrevealing daykill, which no one can revenge or avoid. You also avoid Zidane's hax and any distracters on you will be killed.

  138.
  139. <<Strategies>>
  140.
  141. <Village>
  142.
  143. Moogles:
  144.
  145. Pay close attention though, the heroes will most definitely need your votes!
  146.
  147. The advantages of claiming Moogle are:
  148. Locke won't have to waste an inspect on you.
  149. Tifa or Tidus won't often distract you.
  150. You won't be considered a threat often unless they are 2 moogle claimers late game with a PR.
  151. Enemies won't tend to kill you.
  152. A Power Role may PM you, so you can be their voice. This is VERY useful, as you can connect PR's early game.
  153. Enemies may kill each other.
  154. You probably won't get randed out.
  155.
  156. The disadvantages of claiming Moogle are:
  157. Enemies won't target you, therefore giving them an easier time to hit Power Roles.
  158. Even if you claim, some people take it with a pinch of salt.
  159. Sometimes too many people can claim and that can lead to arguments over who is geniunely a Moogle.
  160.
  161. You can choose to shelter PR's by pretending you are one. Especially with Kefka and Sephiroth around, this will cause them to waste a kill.
  162. You can ask for PR's to PM you, but it's somewhat doubtful they will.
  163. Vote sensibly, don't just blindly rand, it could cause more harm than good.
  164.
  165. Advantages of Moogles:
  166. Without Kuja, these guys are the bulk of the vote. So vote well.
  167. Generally not considered a threat to enemies
  168.
  169. Disadvantages:
  170. No powers outside of voting.
  171.
  172.
  173. Cactuars:
  174.
  175. You reveal as Locke to yourself, but to Vayne Solidor and Locke, you inspect as Kefka. You have a 10% chance of your inspect being geniune, and a 90% chance of inspecting your target as Kefka.
  176. Zidane can hax your inspect, so spam it a couple of times, and he can connect you with Lightning and Locke.
  177. Don't lead rands if you inspect someone as Kefka, unless you want to take a risk.
  178.
  179.
  180. Advantages of Cactuar:
  181. Can confuse Vayne Solidor and cause him to waste a kill.
  182. Inspect can be geniune sometimes.
  183. Quite a good role to connect, as the mafia tend to not target you.
  184.
  185. Disadvantages of Cactuar:
  186. Can confuse Locke and cause him to think you are bad, unless you claim.
  187. Your inspect being wrong will really confuse you, especially if Kefka is still alive.
  188. You will not know if you are the real Locke or Cactuar straight away.
  189.
  190.
  191. Locke:
  192.
  193. Zidane gets hax on you, so try to spam that first inspect so he can find you.
  194. However, it is INCREDIBLY important that you do not claim this role immediately. Wait until a few of the bigger threats are off the field, such as Kefka, who kills through a bodyguard's protect command, or Yunalesca, who'll keep you from getting off any inspects.
  195. People may attempt to meatshield you in order to protect you. DO NOT ASSUME THEY ARE AUTOMATICALLY BAD.
  196. Be wary of Cactuar, who inspects as Kefka. He also thinks he is you, so try and decide who is who.
  197. If Cloud is in the game, and Kefka, Sephiroth and Ultimecia are dead, let Cloud claim instead of you. After all, you can just PM Cloud your findings.
  198.
  199. Advantages of Locke:
  200. Can find out anyone's identity nearly without fail.
  201. Can get connected with Zidane and Lightning quite easily.
  202. If Sephiroth, Kefka and Ultimecia are dealt with, and Cloud is dead/not in game, you can claim without getting killed. Although, Yunalesca can still distract you.
  203.
  204. Disadvantages of Locke:
  205. Cactuar is made to trip Locke up into thinking he is Kefka.
  206. Yunalesca can distract you and make your inspect useless.
  207. Cactuar also thinks he is Locke, causing even more confusion. However, both can eventually figure out who is who.
  208.
  209.
  210. Auron:
  211.
  212. You get hax on distracts, and Tifa gets hax on protects. You should spam that first /protect command until the two of you are connected. Remember that Kefka can kill through your /protects!
  213. You can also find Tidus and Yunalesca this way. Inform someone about Yunalesca so you can vote her off.
  214. If someone has connected PR's, your protect priorties are: Cloud > Locke > Lightning > Zidane > Tifa/Tidus > Cecil > Anyone else.
  215. Don't lead votes as Auron, even on Yunalesca as you may be voted out yourself.
  216.
  217. Advantages of Auron:
  218. He can make a kill from the Sin, the Solidors and Sephiroth useless.
  219. His abilty to hax distracts make him able to connect with Tifa and Tidus.
  220. He can detect Yunalesca and inform someone who will vote them.
  221.
  222. Disadvantages of Auron:
  223. Kefka will make Auron's protect useless.
  224. Sephiroth's daykill and Ultimecia's poison also hit through any protection.
  225.
  226.
  227. Tifa:
  228.
  229. You'll get hax on Auron, so spam that first /distract until the two of you are connected.
  230. You can also hax Judge Gabranth and who he is protecting, allowing you to get an easy distract on a killer unless Judge Gabranth is trying to frame someone.
  231. Your distract will make all roles but Seymour, Kefka and Sephiroth useless that night.
  232. Seymour will simply ignore your distract, while Kefka and Sephiroth will kill you if you distract them. This prevents them from killing anyone else.
  233.
  234. Advantages of Tifa:
  235. She can make a role useless during the night.
  236. Her abilty to hax protects make her able to connect with Auron and Cecil.
  237. Can not only detect Judge Gabranth, but a possible Solidor too, a perfect target to distract.
  238.
  239. Disadvantages of Tifa:
  240. Sometimes Tifa could potentially hit a Power Role.
  241. Kefka and Sephiroth kill Tifa instantly (although this can be used for cleaning purposes and to prevent them from killing anyone else that night)
  242. Seymour ignores your distract, and you don't know if you distracted Seymour or not.
  243.
  244.
  245. Cecil:
  246.
  247. You can /protect yourself, so you may want to use this until you find one of the PRs. You also have a -1 vote; make sure you use this to your advantage! Also, don't forget that Kefka will be able to kill you even if you protect yourself!
  248. Spamming protect is an option, as Tifa can hax you and connect you with Auron and Tidus.
  249. Vote carefully, and cunningly, don't make it too obvious you are Cecil.
  250. ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU HAVE -1. I'VE SEEN PEOPLE FORGET THIS AND LATE GAME IT'S A MATTER OF WINNING AND LOSING.
  251.
  252. Advantages of Cecil:
  253. His -1 vote can be used to save someone, especially late game.
  254. His protecting will allow him to survive any nightkill apart from Kefkas.
  255.
  256. Disadvantages of Cecil:
  257. Kefka makes Cecil's protect useless.
  258. Sephiroth's daykill and Ultimecia's poison also hit through any protection.
  259. His -1 vote does tend to not really matter most of the time.
  260. He can only protect himself.
  261.
  262.
  263. Aerith:
  264.
  265. Remember: you can't be killed at night, at the cost of having a 0 vote. Be sure to keep both of these facts in mind as the game nears its end; Aerith often survives late into the game. You'll need the help of other Heroes to vote out the mafia!
  266. If Sephiroth and Ultimecia are dead, claim to connect PR's. Kuja's not going to risk revealing himself to get rid of you anyway. Be wary of people fakeclaiming though and pay attention to the game as well.
  267. Fakeclaiming a PR can also help mafias waste kills on you.
  268.
  269. Advantages of Aerith:
  270. Invincible when Sephiroth and Ultimecia are dead, unless voted off.
  271. Evades all nightkills without fail.
  272. Can be used to connect PR's very easily.
  273. Makes Kefka useless.
  274.
  275. Disadvantages of Aerith:
  276. Sephiroth and Ultimecia make Aerith useless.
  277. 0 votes makes him VERY easy to vote off late game especially.
  278. People may fakeclaim Aerith to get PR's.
  279.
  280.
  281. Zidane:
  282.
  283. Make sure you're paying attention to which hax you share with the rest of the game; you don't want to give away one of the Heroes to the mafia!
  284. You should find Locke with ease, so contact him when you hax him. If you hax Lightning, you have a good, strong trio of roles. Zidane and Locke can inspect and hax, while Lightning can kill any threats. You can also hax Cactuar's inspect, so you can find who is the real Locke/Cactuar.
  285. Despite your amazing inspect hax rate, you cannot find out Vayne Solidor due to balance issues.
  286. Kefka, Sephiroth and the poison command can also not be found by your hax.
  287. Make sure to tell people you know are clean your findings. Locke can find these people for you, or if not, PM someone claiming Moogle.
  288.
  289. Advantages of Zidane:
  290. Fairly good hax rate allows him to find villains quite easily.
  291. Will almost always find Locke Night 1.
  292. Can find Lightning for the Vigi/Spy core, and with the inspector on board, this can be lethal.
  293. Can find out who is the real Locke, and who is the Cactuar.
  294.
  295. Disadvantages of Zidane:
  296. Cannot detect Kefka or Sephiroth's night kills.
  297. Cannot detect Vayne's inspect.
  298. Isn't guaranteed to find a killer, down to luck.
  299.
  300.
  301. Lightning:
  302.
  303. You may want to wait until you've been connected to one or more PRs before you begin killing anyone.
  304. Spamming kill on a Moogle can have it's benefits: You can find Zidane who will connect you with Locke.
  305. Once connected, you will have a good concept on who to kill. Locke and Zidane will probably give you targets.
  306. Don't kill randomly, pick your targets carefully, and try to analyse strange behaviour (even then, it's a risk)
  307.
  308. Advantages of Lightning:
  309. More useful than Cloud for killing for the Village. Does it incognito.
  310. Can outspeed Sephiroth's kill.
  311. Can connect with the PR's quite easily.
  312.
  313. Disadvantages of Lightning:
  314. Outsped by Kefka, and the 2 mafias.
  315. Could hit a Power Role.
  316. Kill may not go through, as they could be killed.
  317. You could hit Gigantuar, and kill the pair of you.
  318.
  319.
  320.
  321. Cloud:
  322.
  323. You will not carry a game like a Samurai in default will. Because of the way FF works, Cloud will often die relatively early in the game. You should consider possibly revealing yourself if the identity of an important mafia role becomes known, such as Kefka, Kuja, or even Sephy.
  324.
  325. You can kill someone if you are poisoned, but try and make sure it isn't a Power Role. You can use this to connect before you die.
  326. If Kefka and Ultimecia are dead you can claim. If you are the only killer left and Kuja is about, don't claim though. You evade Sephiroth's daykill, so don't worry about him.
  327.
  328. Advantages of Cloud:
  329. No one is safe from your daykills.
  330. You can claim easily when poisoned.
  331. Only role which is guaranteed good if you claim.
  332. When threats are dealt with, can command a game.
  333. You evade Sephiroth's daykills, allowing you to claim when he is still alive.
  334.
  335. Disadvantages of Cloud:
  336. Kefka, Sephiroth, Kuja and Ultimecia will make your life hell.
  337. If Auron dies, expect to as well if you claim.
  338. Definately not as effective in Samurai in Default.
  339.
  340.
  341. Tidus:
  342.
  343. Be extremely careful as to who you distract; Since you've got three, you have a pretty high chance of hitting a PR or a PL killer, which you definitely do not want. Don't forget that 0 vote as well, you'll need help to vote off the mafia!
  344. Spamming distract can help Auron to hax you, and he can connect you with Tifa and Cecil as well.
  345. 3 distracts can potentially cripple Ultimecia and 2 mafias, but that's the best possible outcome. The worst is hitting Locke, Kefka and Auron, which is very, very bad!
  346.
  347. Advantages of Tidus:
  348. Can completely cripple 3 teams if played correctly.
  349. Can connect with Power Roles rather easily, thanks to Auron.
  350. A good chance to hit at least one mafia.
  351.
  352. Disadvantages of Tidus:
  353. Very likely to hit a PL killer or PR.
  354. 0 votes hin
  355. ders his ability to vote off suspects.
  356. Seymour ignores your distract.
  357. A high risk class, but does offer a high return.
  358.
  359.
  360. Gigantuar:
  361.
  362. Fakeclaiming is an option, but clever players may be able to detect you are Gigantuar.
  363. You can choose to be silent as well, a mafia could eventually hit you, but so could Lightning.
  364. You will die, but so will your killer.
  365. Make sure to tell PR's what you are, just so Lightning doesn't kill you.
  366.
  367. Advantages of Gigantuar:
  368. Kills anyone who kills him.
  369. Is a good check to Kefka and Mafia.
  370. Still gets a vote, unlike Tidus and Aerith
  371.
  372. Disadvantages of Gigantuar:
  373. Lightning could potentially hit you, ending in disaster.
  374. You do not revenge daykills or poison.
  375. If you fakeclaim, clever players may not target you, making you useless.
  376.
  377.
  378. <Garland>
  379.
  380. Garland:
  381.
  382. These guys only appear in small games, two at the most, and have but a shared kill. Small games are tricky no matter how you slice it, so just try and pick a target that you think Auron won't be on!
  383. That target could be Auron.
  384. Fakeclaiming Locke quickly after Kefka dies is also an option to get Power Roles.
  385. Tifa is a mortal enemy to you, so dispatch of her quickly.
  386. Sniping PR's is your prime target, try to analyse who these people could be, just like in any other theme.
  387.
  388. Advantages of Garland:
  389. Can play mindgames with the Village.
  390. Second priorty can help them in some situations.
  391. If one of you die, most of the time, there will be one of you left to continue killing.
  392. Strength in Numbers, unlike Kefka.
  393.
  394. Disadvantages of Garland:
  395. Kefka outspeeds you, and will win in a one vs one situation.
  396. Unlike Kefka, you actually can be distracted.
  397. Unlike Kefka, you can't kill through protect.
  398.
  399.
  400. <Sin>
  401.
  402. Jecht:
  403.
  404. You share a kill with Seymour. You might think that you're the least useful team Sin member, but Jecht often survives late into the game. Focus on taking out those PRs!
  405. Generally has the same rules of thumb as Garland, just appears in games of 12 or over.
  406.
  407. Advantages of Jecht:
  408. Third Priority can help you in some situations.
  409. Can play mindgames with the Village if clever enough.
  410.
  411. Disadvantges of Jecht:
  412. Lower priority than Kefka and Solidors.
  413. Can be distracted.
  414.
  415.
  416. Yunalesca:
  417.
  418. Remember, you're a BAD distractor. If you find out any PRs, jump on 'em for the best possible chance of victory!
  419. Auron does hax you so don't distract willy nilly.
  420. Try and aim for people you think are or could be the biggest threat, unless they are Kefka/Seph.
  421. Your 2 vote is a life saver in some situations.
  422.
  423. Advantages of Yunalesca:
  424. Can sabotage PR's.
  425. Has a higher priority distract than Tifa, which is always useful.
  426. Can stop opposing killers/roles and increase the teams chance of winning.
  427. Your extra vote will help you win in a one on one situation.
  428.
  429. Disadvantages of Yunalesca:
  430. Could hit a PL killer.
  431. Auron can hax your distracts.
  432. When your teams killers are dead, has a tough time winning.
  433.
  434.
  435. Seymour:
  436.
  437. You share a kill with Jecht. Try to coordinate with him so that you only use the command once a night, to reduce the possible amount of hax.
  438. Your immunity to distractions can be used to fly under Tifa and Tidus's radar.
  439. Other than that, has the same tactics as Garland.
  440.
  441. Advantages of Seymour:
  442. Third Priority can help you in some situations.
  443. Can play mindgames with the Village if clever enough.
  444. Cannot be distracted unlike Jecht.
  445.
  446. Disadvantges of Seymour:
  447. Lower priority than Kefka and Solidors.
  448. Has no reliable way to find roles out though.
  449.
  450.
  451. <Solidors>
  452.
  453. Larsa Solidor:
  454.
  455. You share a kill with Vayne. Coordination is key here; try to reduce /kill usage to once a night between the two of you!
  456. Generally has the same rules of thumb as Garland, just appears in games of 12 or over.
  457.
  458. Advantages of Larsa Solidor:
  459. Second Priority, better than The Sin
  460. Can play mindgames with the Village if clever enough.
  461.
  462. Disadvantges of Larsa Solidor:
  463. Lower priorty than Kefka and even Sin's priorty could come back to haunt them.
  464. Can be distracted.
  465.
  466.
  467. Judge Gabranth:
  468.
  469. Vayne is a higher priority to protect, with both an inspect and a kill. If your teammates die, you won't be able to kill anything, so you'll have to use your wits to win!
  470. Tifa does hax you so don't protect willy nilly.
  471. You can choose to confuse Tifa by protecting an innocent. This allows Tifa to waste her distracts on someone completely innocent.
  472. Your 2 vote is a life saver in some situations.
  473. Be aware that protecting teammates can give them away if Tifa haxes you.
  474.
  475. Advantages of Judge Gabranth:
  476. You can stop one of your teammates from getting killed during the night.
  477. You can protect someone 2-4 times, so Tifa can hax you, on someone completely innocent to frame them.
  478. Your extra vote will help you win in a one on one situation.
  479.
  480. Disadvantages of Judge Gabranth:
  481. Kefka kills through your protect.
  482. Tifa can hax you.
  483. Your extra vote really doesn't matter in some situations.
  484.
  485.
  486. Vayne Solidor:
  487.
  488. Try and inspect quieter targets, usually they have something to hide.
  489. Allow Larsa to do the killing, it's less of a loss if he gets haxed by Zidane rather than you.
  490. Fakeclaiming Locke is very risky, but if pulled off correctly, it can completely ruin the Village. MAKE SURE ZIDANE IS DEAD IF YOU ARE DOING THIS AS HE CAN HAX LOCKE BUT NOT YOU.
  491. Judge Gabranth protecting you is a double edged sword, it can shelter you from kills, but Tifa can hax and distract you. Pick your poison.
  492.
  493. Advantages of Vayne Solidor:
  494. Inspect can find a large deal of threats to the team.
  495. Second Priority, better than The Sin
  496. Has the potential to fakeclaim Locke.
  497. Inspect can't be haxed by Zidane.
  498.
  499. Disadvantages of Vayne Solidor:
  500. Could inspect a dying, worthless or Cactuar target.
  501. Lower priorty than Kefka and even Sin's priorty could come back to haunt them.
  502. Can be distracted.
  503.
  504.
  505. <Kefka's Posse>
  506.
  507. Kefka:
  508.
  509. You'll kill distractors who go on you, and you can kill through /protects. Also, remember that the game will prevent you from killing your partner. That means if Kuja is in the game, if you try to /kill him, the game will tell you that you can't do that. Use this fact to try and find Kuja as fast as possible.
  510. Don't fakeclaim a PR, it's too risky with a role like yours.
  511. Be wary of people fakeclaiming, trying to get you to waste your kills.
  512. Try and eliminate all opposing killers, caving a path for the Kuja to win. Even if he dies, you have a strong opportunity to win.
  513. Pick your targets carefully.
  514.
  515. Advantages of Kefka:
  516. Makes all protectors useless.
  517. Will always win one on one in the night.
  518. Guaranteed a kill during the night because he is a PL killer.
  519. Cannot be haxed.
  520. Can find Kuja easily enough.
  521.
  522. Disadvantages of Kefka:
  523.
  524. Aerith and Gigantaur counter him.
  525. He could kill someone useless.
  526.
  527.
  528. Kuja:
  529.
  530. Be careful about which votes you take part in and who you vote for. You don't want to give yourself away early. If you get rid of all other killers, you've already won!
  531. Fakeclaiming is very risky as Kuja, but can be pulled off.
  532. Teaming up with another killer is an option. The Solidors are a good bet, as Judge Gabranth can protect Kuja, but be aware that they can kill you at any time.
  533. Try not to attract too much attention to yourself, you could be killed before you make any impact.
  534. You also have a -9998 voteshield, so you can vote yourself to find Judge Gabranth or Yunalesca.
  535.
  536. Advantages of Kuja:
  537. Wins automatically if all opposing killers are dead.
  538. Commands the vote.
  539. Kefka can find you easily.
  540. Can team up with an another side to assist them.
  541.
  542.
  543. Disadvantages of Kuja:
  544. Lightning will attempt to kill you instantly.
  545. It's easy to reveal yourself.
  546. Exposed to kills and poison.
  547.
  548.
  549. <Ultimecia>
  550.
  551. Ultimecia:
  552.
  553. You can create a lot of havoc on all teams with your poisons. Remember that you have a +4 vote, so it may be wise to prioritize roles that can kill you.
  554. Play a defensive game with Ultimecia. Remember you are aiming more at survival than anyone else and your strength late game is incredible.
  555. 2 poisons a night = After 10 Nights, 18 roles will be dead just because of your poison and 2 others will be dying the next night. That doesn't even count other kills and votes.
  556. Don't fakeclaim as Ulti, just talk occasionally, and don't draw too much suspicion to yourself.
  557.
  558. Advantages of Ultimecia:
  559. Commands the game during the late stages.
  560. No one can stop the poison at all.
  561. Your vote is the highest out of all the roles bar Kuja.
  562. 1 day deaths may cause panic
  563. Still causes damage if she dies early on
  564.
  565. Disadvantages of Ultimecia:
  566. There's only one of you.
  567. Poison has a full day to take affect
  568. Can still be voted out unlike Kuja.
  569.
  570.
  571. <Sephiroth>
  572.
  573. Sephiroth:
  574.
  575. Sephy is definitely one of the strongest roles in the game. You'll even kill any distractors who try to stop you! Remember that you have BOTH a nightkill and a daykill!
  576. Choose wisely on who to kill for your daykill, think about who could be a threat to you.
  577. Your nightkill has the lowest priority, keep that fact in consideration. It also cannot be haxed.
  578. Don't kill roles that really can't do too much to you (like Tifa or Zidane etc) They're someone else's problem.
  579.
  580. Advantages of Sephiroth:
  581. Anyone can be killed by his daykill apart from Cloud.
  582. His nightkill is unhaxable.
  583. 2 kills is very strong.
  584. PL killing helps defend him from distracts.
  585.
  586. Disadvantages of Sephiroth:
  587. There's only one of you.
  588. Very low priority on his nightkill, even Lightning can outspeed him.
  589. If daykill is not used wisely, could be considered a waste.
  590. Easy to vote out.
  591. Cloud can't be daykilled by him.
  592.
  593. <<GENERAL TACTICS>>
  594.
  595. Generally all Mafia Tactics should be considered here.
  596. Claim if you are poisoned, you won't be targetted during the night. You can also fakeclaim poison as well later during the game (just don't do it if Ultimecia has already died (unless she died last night))
  597. Never claim N1 unless you are fakeclaiming, they are roles made to kill geniune claimers.
  598. If either Auron is still alive, and Kuja, Kefka, Ultimecia and Sephiroth are dead, you can safely claim.
  599. Claiming Moogle is up to you.
  600. Always PM Aerith//Cloud as a PR.
  601. Try not to make silly mistakes, be on your A Game, even if you are Moogle.
  602. TRY TO WIN!
