PERSONALITY: She has always been curious. Curious enough to leave the comforts of her warm bed, maybe not. Definitely not. She never really does anything, and she likes it that way. BACKGROUND: Her parents are very lax, and pretty much let her come and go as she pleases. Not like she goes anywhere though. It’s hard to get her riled up about anything, so she fit in well with her class’s personal group of underachievers. She was smart, but she was just too lazy to show it. Her parents didn’t care though. A little lie, and she could breeze right by their questions. But if she is riled up, you better watch out for what’s coming at you.

LIFE BEFORE: She would tell you that her life was pretty dull. She did the same things every day: wake up, daydream, go to her classes, daydream, go home, and dream in her sleep. She was imaginative, that was why she wanted to be a writer, and she was currently writing a novel. In high school, she was told she was too imaginative. She paid it no mind. They were just jealous that they couldn’t create beautiful worlds in their mind. She was bored with everyday life, but was too lazy to actually go and do something about it. She enjoyed spending free time with her family and dog, sleeping, and of course, dreaming. She worked on her novel every single day, except, she was probably too lazy to finish anyway.

The more she imagined, the more she got trapped in her false reality, until it got to the point where she didn’t want to get out. And if she wanted to face the facts, she would have to abandon the idea that her imagination was truly, just imagination. She feared that a life with no wonder, was no life at all.

RELATIONSHIP PROGRESSION: At the beginning of their relationship, they were both very hostile towards one another. Their views and ways of gaining more time in wonderland were very different. THEY were very different. They came to a mutual understanding fairly soon, and began to slowly understand each other better. He forced her to do some work, and she told him to take a moment to breathe. They begin to realise that they are more similar than they originally thought themselves to be. It’s in the rules not to fall in love, but they can’t help it. After this, they care to an agreement to keep their budding relationship as lowkey as possible so they won’t be punished. That doesn’t go very well.
FIRST IMPRESSIONS:
his first impression of her: “Goddamn, she’s gorgeous. But why is she asleep? This place is terrifying as fuck, why the hell is she asleep? She’s either brave or lazy, I can’t tell which. This won’t be too bad. Should I wake her up? Maybe not. I have to meet with her, so I guess I do have to wake her up.”

her first impression of him: Obviously a bad one, considering he woke her up from a nap. And with a girl who likes her sleep, that’s not good. She doesn’t say anything, but only because he’s attractive. “Who are you, and do you know what you’re doing by trying to wake me up? Yikes, he’s hot. Fuck, do I have drool on my face? He’s staring at me, what do I do??”

HOW DID THEY MEET: She was taking a small nap after exploring a section of wonderland, and he happened to be walking by when he saw her there, dead asleep, and tried to decide whether or not to wake her up, because he knew she was the person he was supposed to escape here with. She got angry when he woke her up, but they came to an agreement to work together in order to escape.
