What times are you usually on the servers?:Well I'm usually on about 4:30PM - 7PM PST (7:30PM - 10PM EST).

Do you have any prior CS:GO staffing experience? If so, please explain: I do not have any prior CS:GO staffing experience but I do on other games. I can go into more detail if needed.

What do you think an administrator does here?: I believe an administrator looks at games to make sure no one is breaking the rules, helping other staff members, being a good role model to others / being a good person in the Stratix community (no toxicity, blowing into microphone, and other annoying / disrespectful phrases, or words. An administrator also helps the owners if they need help. This could mean helping fixing the commands if a new update happens, and other things an owner doesn't need to worry about.

Please provide 3 positives to having you on our staff team:
I am respectful of others. I don't make racist comments, use foul language, offensive jokes, and I don't make fun of others of their skills, personalities, traits, rank, or what not. I can be staffing the server at later times because school is happening, and I'm assuming most people are EST / American so I can be on at like 8PM for example. and others would be sleeping at 11PM, while people are breaking the rules while the staff are offline. Lastly I believe I can help other staff members. I am a kind person, but I sometimes can get mad, and over-react. I can help other staff members by answering questions, staff the servers while they need to go do something, or just help them with any basic things an administrator is capable of.
Have you been banned from any Stratix servers before? If yes, please explain: I've never been banned on any Stratix servers before.

How do you handle being criticized?: I would handle it differently depending on how they criticize me. If they verbally say it, I would take major offense in it, and mute them for a reasonable time, unless there is a staff guide. If they just criticize me in chat I would mute them for a shorter amount of time because saying it verbally is more offensive, and you hear how they say it, so it could be in a negative way or jokingly way, but in text you can't tell, so I'd just mute them, so they can't type, or talk offensively. But it all depends on how I get criticized. If it is towards my staffing skills, or me falsely abusing I would take it seriously, but if they call me gay, a racist word, or anything small such as my well-being, I won't take it too seriously considering I would handle it fine.

Please tell us, in a paragraph or more, a little about yourself and why we should choose you as a staff member for our community: Well, I am a thirteen year old boy, I love to play CS:GO competitively, and casually. I am a respectful, active, and kind person. I would love to be staff on this server, and I think choosing me over other staff members is something you should consider, because I'm able to tell the difference between cheating, and skill. If someone is being toxic or joking around with a friend I'm able to recognize it. Also I spent lots of time making an application, and others just make applications because they want to be staff for no specific reason. Why I want to be staff on Stratix is because I prefer the servers over others because of my low ping, the EZHOP which makes it more interesting, and enjoyable, also having the ability to be staff on servers that have maxed out players would be amazing to me because I can make new friends in the CS:GO community which I'm not easily able to because everyone on casual, and competitive don't accept my friend requests. I also want to be a staff member on Stratix is because of the gamemode, it's a competitive gamemode, with a twist of EZHOP which can make it interesting. I would watching others, and being able to learn. Another thing is that the games are usually full so I'm not even able to watch or play the game, which is a bit frustrating. Lastly I think you should choose me because I want the opportunity to learn how to staff on CS:GO servers, being able to make friends, having the chance to be unique from my friends, and having the chance to be on administator on any CS:GO server is hard to achieve, so I think I could learn a lot, and be able to staff the servers professionally.
