Alarinlol

The stage comes to life as the Loving Radiance and the Glowing Arbour of Rapturous Adoration
shimmers into view.

An enormous tae'dae resembling the rare panda bear kneels fervently, looking as if in prayer.

Their spiritual communion coming to an end, they bow their head humbly once more before Raziela, the
Loving Radiance.

Alarin rises to their feet and turns to face the audience.

They salute in respect before beaming broadly.

Beaming cheerfully, Alarin Rian says, "Hello once again and thank you for coming!"

Gesturing with both paws, Alarin Rian says, "We stand now under the Glowing Arbour of Rapturous
Adoration!"

Alarin Rian says, "Much like my last sermon at the foot of the likeness of the Vernal Princess,
there is a very good reason why."

Turning and bowing their head in humble respect towards the Loving Radiance, Alarin Rian says, "You
see, this sermon is on another of the Lady Empyreal's Tenets: the one called Purity..."

Their smile widening, Alarin Rian says, "...and I could think of no better example that I have not
used yet than Lady Raziela herself!"

Alarin steps forward towards the audience.

Quietly, Alarin Rian says, "You see, I was not born here in New Celest."

The scene upon the stage shifts slightly.

A brief image of the Tainted City appears for a short moment before fading.

Sighing sadly, Alarin Rian says, "Though I am definitely not proud of it, I was actually once of...
that city."

A second image of Alarin, clad in armour of jet-black and wielding a spiked iron chain appears next,
joined by a rather sizable army comprised of Magnagora, Hallifax, and the Serenwilde.

As they re-appear before you, Alarin Rian says, "I once committed what I still consider my most
shameful act in this life."

Their voice quieting, Alarin Rian says, "I participated in a raid upon the Holy Land."

Alarin Rian says, "Though I was just starting from the Portal of Fate and having left the tae'dae
daycare in Estelbar, I remember very little about the actual raid."

Holding up a paw, Alarin Rian says, "I say that not as to offer excuses. I take full responsibility
for my actions that day. It was more in reference to my... rather horrid memory with certain
events."

Alarin Rian glances askance.

Alarin Rian says, "Anywho!"

With a pained expression, Alarin Rian says, "I do remember attacking Lady Raziela with the rest. Her
reaction was not one I expected. Instead of rightesous fury, I was met with words pleading to have
compassion."

Shaking their head as if waking from a dream, Alarin Rian says, "It was the one image that remained
burned to my memory for all time."

Alarin Rian says, "Needless to say, I left the Tainted City not long afterwards, choosing the
Shadowed Commune of the Glomdoring as my next home."

Remembering, Alarin Rian says, "It was during a visit to the Holy Land that the words that would
seal my fate and ultimately influence my decision to move to New Celest."

Alarin Rian says, "Their speaker is still a mystery to me, but I recall them well."

Alarin Rian says, "Forgiveness can be granted to all who truly seek it."

Alarin Rian says, "And that, I believe, is the true meaning of Purity!"

Turning towards Raziela, the Loving Radiance, Alarin Rian says, "For one to claim Purity is to be
true to one's own self and others, with no ulterior motives."

Alarin Rian says, "Lady Raziela looks upon all with eyes of loving compassion, even those who would
do her harm to some degree."

Alarin Rian says, "For one to know and live with Purity means they act with the most honest of
intentions, no hidden motives or agendas that will surface later."


Alarin Rian says, "They view the world with a sort of awe, yet are wise enough to discern the truth
from falsehoods."

Alarin Rian says, "Much like the Lady Radiance."

With a beam, Alarin Rian says, "I thank you all for joining me for the second sermon of this four

well!"

With a crisp salute with their furry right paw, Alarin Rian says, "Until next time, may the Light
