• Dark
  child  | This is mostly being said by her closest friends. Not only is it because of her personality at times with her building and putting all the burdens onto her shoulders, it's also because of her fashion sense. She prefers dark clothing compared to lighter clothing because it helps distract her from too much positiveness around her. She wears it 24/7.

• Mood
   24/7  | She always seems to be showing a tougher image of herself. She is also always able to stimulate another person's’ mood depending on the situation whether they showed it internally or externally. Her friends call her this.

• Mask   | She covers up the fact that she doesn't feel grieve and pressure. She always has something to hide, whether it'd be for the better or for the worse. Majority of the times, it is the reason why others tell their secrets to her. Another reason why is because she has a persona given by the community, some find her fake.

SERIOUS | An individual with a very dry sense of humour, she really doesn't appreciate jokes being made about issues she cares about either. In fact, due to her persona, she is usually made out to be a very serious person who never smiles, which is often true. It's rare to see her not so serious unless you somehow whip up a magic wand and—

VULGAR | A bit of a vulgar individual as well, she has a habit of swearing whenever she doesn't know how to express herself well. She doesnt try to control it, it'll casually slip out of her mouth. She can also smell a lie from a mile away, this prevents her from befriending a lot of people.

KEEPS TO ONESELF | Perhaps it's the reason why she surrounds herself with people often although she doesn't particularly like interacting. It sort of gives a sense of comfort for her, like someone is there watching over her and preventing her from doing something wrong.

COLD BUT SENSITIVE | This trait of being cold yet sensitive really isn't her fault, it's due to her past and the fact that it led to her having trust issues that she's been colder on her exterior. Points to you if you can break that exterior in just a year for some even take several years, if they still want to try, to get to really know the girl beneath the cold persona she puts up. She especially hates it when people try to force their opinions about her or her friends into the conversation that they weren't invited to, that makes her really pissed and she tries to stay calm and collected but it usually brings her inner bitch out too. That's also why she doesn't care for anyone anymore, mostly because of her past.

SUICIDAL | When things get rough, that's when it hits the mark and she feels like killing herself. Its not really something she'd change about herself, she doesn't try to get help and she doesn't want to get help. It all seems useless for her.


B A C K G R O U N D ¦

Born to a korean father and a hispanic mother, it was rough, not knowing which side of the family to follow and having to learn two kinds of customs for different sets of people. Her life went smoothly for the first two years but then it started tumbling down, her father caused it. He was a great father figure until he  started to go back to his older additions and abused himself with alcohol. Coming back home and just reeking of alcohol, she remembered her four year old self just pulling the covers over her ears, sobbing, desperately trying to drown out the arguments between her mother and her father that happened late at night.

Things got worse as the days went on, he finally went out of control and her older brother tried to shield her and her mother from her father. However, or should I say fortunately, she made it out with just a scar on her upper right thigh, till this day, it's faint line still terrifies her. Her older brother got out but with several scars and broken bones. But she owes her life to her brother. It was only when she was six when her mother finally got protection from the government and was allowed to move to korea.

She had no motivation to continue studying at the age of thirteen, so she started getting bad grades. It didn't become worse until she became sixteen, thats when she dropped out. She got herself a job at that time, but for some reason she keeps finding herself being fired from each job. Suicidal and depression, things she faced and never seemed to want to get help, her mother never noticed for she was busy with other problems.

At the age of 23, she gave up looking for jobs because it caused a lot stress for her. Sometimes she resulted in using methods to hide her pain or remove the pain, but they weren't cutting or even death. Bcame friends with the dead girl after meeting her at a cafe.

L I K E S ¦

• reading ;
❧ she just enjoys this because it takes her mind off any issues she have. It's like a step into a new adventure every time she flips a page. It keeps her excited.

• writing ;
❧ lyrics especially or even her thoughts. Just the feeling of having a pen in hand is enough to make her feel alive. Because it feels like she can do anything. Ever heard of the phrase the pen is mightier than the sword? Well she goes by that quote everyday of her life.

• caffeine + candy ;
❧ although she enjoys these things, one cannot give her so much of it. She may be hyper to the point where she doesn't seem like herself anymore and Satan just overtook her body. But yes, she really likes these so someone has to keep her in check or make sure she has water nearby.

• scented candles ;
❧ it just smells so good.

• music + headphones ;
❧ she loves using her headphones especially when there's self study and headphones are allowed to be used. She'll listen to music yet is able to do many things at once. In fact it helps her study better. Or be focused more.

• bright and revealing fashion ;
❧ Eh need an explanation? She just really really likes it. She needs no reason to wear them.

• photography ;
❧ she just likes taking pictures and how the pictures can have a different outcome every time

• spicy food ;
❧ for some strange reason she can take spicy food very well.

• being forced to calm down ;
❧ if she's pissed, she's pissed. Telling her to ignore someone instead of standing up to them is like telling her to relive her past again and that's something she rather not do.

• misunderstandings ;
❧ it isn't fun because she'll feel guilty whether it was her fault or not.

• being irritated by loud noise ;
❧ if it's music and it's played horribly, she'll probably grab her guitar and chase after you with it.

• laughing at her ;
❧ she doesn't like how her laughter sounds when it's directed at her and she doesn't think it's a good idea to laugh when you feel pain in yourself.

• being younger ;
❧ she feels as if she's always constantly underestimated because she's younger than her brother.

• being judged ;
❧ just because she didn't grow up with parents that were loving doesn't mean she can't be loving either.

• talking or being forced to talk about her past ;
❧ she doesn't like to be pitied or reminded that OH she had a shitty life and that's because it'll remind her to be more strict on herself and probably build up that wall again

• salty popcorn
❧ too much salt for her liking, wouldn’t like them in the movies.


T R I V I A ¦

• will get herself drunk, in substitute of not hurting herself.

• she is one of those people that is able to still get up the earliest in the morning without a horrible hangover no matter how drunk she was before. She's quite a heavy drinker

• she has a guitar at home that she uses whenever she needs something to keep her off of those thoughts.

• she actually enjoys watching sad movies. It's just an excuse for her to actually cry out her feelings without people knowing what her past was like to make her that way.

• an absolute sucker for caffeine, she drinks it 24/7, whether it's just pure coffee or mocha with a bit of that extra caffeine added, she'll take it. It's usually just to help her stay active instead of sleep because she's honestly exhausted.

• short as hell, baggy dark clothes are her go to hide her scars.

• Is fluent in English, korean and Spanish

• no dates. She hates them.


W E A K N E S S E S ¦

• too depressing ; it can be a setback and it can help her to her advantage but this is her weakness of hers due to her using that negativity of hers a lot.


• being a pain in the arse ; complains about basically anything because what else was she supposed to do.


• quite vulgar and may intimidate/scare others ; in Korea it's weird to talk about mental illnesses.


P H O B I A S ¦

• heights ; it isn’t THAT extreme, it’s just that she doesn't like being that high up in the sky, it makes her feel like she would be able to fall and plunge to her death at any second. yeah..okay maybe she has a tiny extreme fear of heights—


• water ; it’s not water in general that she is afraid of, she can take a shower and a bath, it’s just that she is afraid of swimming in the ocean. she isn’t good at swimming and her trauma of swimming when she was younger doesn’t help her case. shallow swimming pools would be the best for her.

very suspicious of PAINTER, mainly because she doesn’t trust his words especially since he was the one who was supposed to meet with the dead girl in the first place. doesn’t really pay attention nor listen to him especially since he is often timid and shy to voice out his opinions, might stay beside him. ( 6 / 10 )


2: AUTHOR ;  “Knowing that we don’t know much about your past, you could be a serial killer for all we know. ”


it’s not that she doesn’t want to trust AUTHOR but AUTHOR makes it extremely difficult for her to do such a thing, especially since has such a lack of knowledge about AUTHOR’s background. doesn’t like her sass either but only when it is directed towards her. still befriends her because she knows her quite a lot. ( 8 / 10 )


3: CHEF ;  “ The more you scream and throw your fists at me, the more im going to say go ahead. I wanted to die anyways. ”


CHEF is a problematic individual that she often annoys him ( since she wants to die anyways ), it usually takes very little to make him snap. probably not the closest to him due to them both not knowing the difference between “okay” and “kill me”. however, that being said, she rarely listens to him and if ever, she’d probably be co-conscious if she ever listened to him. ( 6 / 10 )


4: CONSULTANT ;  “Just because you gave therapy to her doesn't mean you can give it to me. ”


it’s not that she hates her, it’s just...she manipulates her words- that’s when she hates her the most. she doesnt share many secrets with her. She doesnt like her trying to act like a know it all and pretend to care for her. ( 3 / 10 )


5: PROSTITUTE ;  “You know...you’re not the only one who can whine around. ”


gets highly annoyed, she knows PROSTITUTE is a playgirl and has shit going on in her love life but she hated how PROSTITUTE rots her life away and does nothing to help change herself and stray away from this path. hysterical, she knows. ( 5 / 10 )


e x t r a ¦  ( do i have anything to add? ) uh, she has a special locket that she wears 24/7, even if she was in the shower, she keeps it. no one has any idea what might be inside it, and she never tells for she secretly isn’t ready to reveal her life secrets as of yet. inside the locket holds a picture of her father, although it wasn’t a secret that she hated her father, she does miss him at times and it explains the locket.
