Forest Hundo FAQ

Q - What is this exactly?
A - It's FOREST FEBRUARY!!!!!!! And to celebrate, I'm doing the mediocre mildly exciting run known as FOREST HUNDO!!!!!!!!!

Q - What is the goal of Forest Hundo?
A - I will be trying to win every card from the drop pools of both Forest Mage and Anubisius, and beat the game.  I'll be doing this with the 15 card mod.

Q - Any additional rules or restrictions?
A - I'll require every card to be won as a drop from either Forest or Anubisius.  I will be allowed to buy cards using starchips, but I will still have to win all of each of their drops naturally.  I will also not allow myself to beat any other duelist more than once, though I can use cards in my starting deck as well as campaign drops to beat the game.

Beating the game isn't the limiting factor here, so I don't think it will make a difference to allow the use of these cards, with Megamorph being the only real exception.  If I am able to A-TEC Pegasus in campaign and win Megamorph then I will probably use it, but I won't go out of my way to farm for them.

Q - What cards can Forest drop that help you beat the game?
A - This is the tricky part, as neither drops many useful monsters.  However there are 3 dragons and 3 thunders we can win, so that means we can have 9 dragons and 9 thunders at minimum, plus whatever we win in campaign.  The big thing here is equips, as Forest Mage drops Beast Fangs and Invigoration on A-TEC.  It will probably be worth farming until we have at least 4 equips, though we could win up to 6 in total.

Q - Is there anything you reset for in a starting deck?
A - Neither Forest Mage or Anubisius drop any kind of removal, so I can take any deck, though Raigeki would be more useful for A-TECs.  I will probably reset for a usable equip in my starting deck just in case I don't end up winning any in campaign.

Q - Which drops will be the hardest to win?
A - The fun part of this challenge will be winning the mega rare drops.  Forest Mage drops Ryu-kishin Powered at a rate of 2 on POW, and 1 on BCD.  Anubisius drops Jirai Gumo at a 2 on both POW and BCD.  These drop rates are out of 2048, and with 15 drops per duel, the chance to win a 2 drop is around 1.5% per duel.

There are also several magics and traps that are A-TEC exclusives, with the lowest drop rate for any card being 18.  However since these duels take much longer, these could take as much time as the rare monsters will.
