In particular, note:
    - How to IGT track
    - How to make sure you save facing up
    - How to use pichusav to troubleshoot failures
    - Using damage ranges in Rival fight to validate stats without wasting time to check (as a general concept; the specifics will obviously be different for the FFFE Squirtle vs Bulba rival fight)
    - NPC timer randomness, which equate to a ~17% chance for the manip to fail even if executed perfectly (unavoidable)

Info specific to this manip:

    - IGT track to save on frames 15-26 (~45.62 seconds from stairs). There is an extra window from frames 42-56 if you change to A on title screen and Start -> A on continue screen (~45.11 or ~46.11 seconds from stairs). You can see how much leeway you have with execution and choose whatever you're most comfortable with.
    - For practicing textboxes, buffer START on the naming screen (to remove the 1 frame window and isolate textbox execution)
         > Perfect textboxes get DVs = D6E4 (stats = 20/11/12/10/10)
         > There is a new practice ROM that can help with the execution practice (see #rby-category-extensions on the PSR discord)
    - 29.371 seconds after hard reset for the START input on GSR/GBP (using game audio as a cue is also an option)
    - Must press A on the naming screen in the first 16 possible frames (DVs will most likely be different if the input comes any later)
