  10. I have just read an article in the TU where ex mayor Tutunjian is calling for an ethics investigation on a building being sold to a city employee. I will not broach that subject and let the proper authorities look into it. However, I read where three council members are on a panel to determine who gets the bids. Have any of these members or other council members seen the building at 205 Fifth avenue? That building is worth at a minimum 50 thousand dollars and I suspect it would be assessed at a much higher price. The council entertains 5 thousand and 22 thousand? Did anyone take the time to see the three story Victorian at 205 Fifth ave? How much in taxes were owed before foreclosure? How much does the city still pay in school tax and library tax on the building? Do any of you members even have an inkling about your fiduciary obligations? And you wonder why the budgets don't add up and the city's broke? Pull the legislation, contract with an auctioneer and you'll make three times the higher offer. Thanks
