- DeLisi, Vincent A. Age 84 of Brooklyn Center, passed away October 25, 2017. Preceded in death by wife Patricia; grandson Matthew Serbus; parents Tony and Mary DeLisi; and sister Roselyn Glenn. Survived by children Carol (Scott) Serbus, Joseph (Laurie) & Tom (Ginny) DeLisi; grandchildren Joe (Amanda), Alison (Derek), Adam, Camille (Scott), Meghan, Katie, Jon & Abby; greatgrandchildren Maiya, Phoebe, Tony, Charlotte & Ryan; brother Cliff; sister Virginia (Larry) Meuers; brothers-in-law Dave Glenn Donald (Marlene) Weicherding. Vince was a member of St. Alphonsus Church for 58 years and active in many charitable activities. He owned DeLisi's Italian Restaurants in North Minneapolis and Brooklyn Park. Vince served our country following the Korean War. He grew up on the North Side of Minneapolis and graduated from De La Salle High School and the College of St. Thomas. Vince remained lifelong friends with everyone he met. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Monday, October 30 at the Church of St. Alphonsus, 7025 Halifax Ave N., Brooklyn Center. Visitation Sunday, October 29, 4-7 PM with 6:30 PM prayer service at Gearty-Delmore Plymouth Chapel, 15800 37th Ave. N. @ Vicksburg Lane and Monday at church one hour before Mass.
