3: Kagero, SAO,
2: Lucina, RWBY
1.5: Miku, Saberface
1: Makoto, Tifa, Junko
0.5: Ann, Schez

Bottom 5 all get zero votes and are eliminated.
Makoto, Tifa and Junko then all tied, but neither can tansfer votes to another so are eliminated.
Makoto transferred to RWBY, Tifa to Lucina.
Miku and saberface then tied, neither can transfer votes to the other so are both eliminated. Miku vote transferred to 2b.
Kagero, SAO, Lucina and RWBY then all tied.
Kagero, loses tiebreak. Had two votes which are both transferred to 2b. So next round of tiebreak takes place.
SAO loses next tiebreak. The vote for SAO is then transferred to Lucina, ending the tiebreak and eliminating RWBY. RWBY votes are then transferred 2 and 2 to Lucina/2b, meaning Miia is eliminated.
At this point 2b has too high of a lead to be challenged and is the winner by honestly a huge margin.
