RP Sample:

Being small among the other alien species demands to develop in areas where ones strength and power fails, where outsmarting the predator becomes the ultimate goal and possibly the only mean of survival. From the simplest of traps created from bountiful foliage and rocks found among the planets surface, to primitive contraptions used to propel the projectiles at high enough velocity to pierce, pin down or even disable the predator, too bold stop the chase after as small alien creature as Tiffa was.

Though intellect alone was not enough to push the little being to reach for the stars and acquire knowledge necessary to seek out the vast abyss among the stars, for that a little nudge had to be introduced and for Tiffa's luck it came in a form of spaceship crash landing on the Jungle island that the little insectoid called her home. Drawn to this odd omen the alien venture through the wreckage, finding a damaged, yet functioning terminal along with half dead pilot beside it, alive enough for Tiffa to study and forcefully extract its memories with her telepathic powers.

With knowledge and memories she stole from the odd, unwanted guest Tiffa managed to learn bits of its language, culture and most importantly, the ability to use the terminal. With years spent on learning from this piece of technology, salvaged and slowly repaired to prolong its usefulness Tiffa managed to grow in way most of the lifeforms of her home planet decided to avoid, gaining intellect necessary to begin construction of her own contraptions, starting with simple equipment necessary for resource extraction, training and survival with her sight and mind set for far more advanced wonders of the Science, waiting for her greedy mind to latch and claim for herself.

Though the stars remained out of her reach for now, how long would it remain as such if she was to become first of her kinds' Mastermind? One is yet to find out.
