1. Extract files (yep, 3 times)
2. Open setup.exe
3. When prompted to enter license keys, don't fill anything in
4. At the end of the installation, decline hardware support installation
5. Open AMPED\ni_labviewkg16.exe, click Get and Generate. This will create a LabVIEW_Full_PKG_160000 file
6. Open C:\ProgramData\National Instruments\License Manager\Licenses in explorer
7. Delete all LabVIEW_ files there, if there are any
8. Paste LabVIEW_Full_PKG_160000 there
9. You're good to go

This is the Windows Store version. There's no actual hard dependency on Windows 10 Anniversary Update, and thanks to a little bit of patching, you can run this release at least as far back as Windows 7.
