Kefka Bin

This pastebin is to compile strats after discussion with a group of wp/hc/9ths to create an intuitive and cohesive plan for PF.
We will try to keep changes to a minimum until solid things are released.
Copies of peoples strats are now created as to avoid a live update with no communication.
