  1. ## World Map Text
  2. After Roy captured Aquleia, other Etrurian
  3. powers slowly began to change their
  4. views and express their anti Coup d帝tat
  5. opinions. Driven away from their palace,
  6. Roartz and Arcard fled to
  7. Sacae, which was still under Bern's control.
  8. Sacae is the vast plan-covered
  9. land in the center of the continent.
  10. Before Bern invaded, the various tries
  11. there led nomadic lives.
  12. The Etrurian army joined the Lycia Alliance
  13. Army to form a joint Etruria-Lycia
  14. Union army. The decision was to head
  15. for Sacae to get rid of the remaining
  16. Coup d帝tat forces and also attack Bern,
  17. who was behind them.
  18. Thinking that some Etrurian knight
  19. groups would not approve of being seen
  20. under the Lycia Alliance Army, Roy
  21. officially named the new Union the
  22. "Etrurian Army" and became its commander.
  23. Roy led the division responsible
  24. for entering Sacae.
  25. The Sacae people are wary of outsiders
  26. in the first place, but even worse,
  27. Brunya,
  28. another one of the Three Dragon Lords,
  29. had gotten the largest tribe in Sacae,
  30. the Djute clan, under submission.
  31. The warriors of the Djute tribe
  32. and Brunya's elite Bern troops stood in
  33. front of Roy as he set foot on Sacae's soil.
  34.
  35. ## Intro 1
  36. \g[Castle]
  37. \f[#|Brunya]\f[#|Soldier]\f[#|Roartz]\f[#|Arcard]
  38. \s[#]
  39. ...|/n
  40. So Narcian fell at Aquleia.|
  41.
  42. \s[#]
  43. Yes.|/n
  44. It has been confirmed.|
  45.
  46. \s[#]
  47. I see...|
  48.
  49. \s[#]
  50. L-Lady Brunya...|/n
  51. What will become of us?|
  52.
  53. \s[#]
  54. Please do not worry/n
  55. Lord Roartz.|/n
  56. We will not neglect you,/n
  57. who have assisted us.|/n
  58. I shall assure that.|
  59.
  60. \s[#]
  61. Thank you...|
  62.
  63. \s[#]
  64. Then, Lord Arcard, you will be/n
  65. assigned the defense of this land,/n
  66. Talas.|/n
  67. Lord Roartz, your post will be the/n
  68. city of Bulgar.|
  69.
  70. \s[#]
  71. Talas!?|/n
  72. W-Wait!|/n
  73. This is too close to Aquleia.|/n
  74. The enemy is already too close!|
  75.
  76. \s[#]
  77. Then what you must do is/n
  78. defeat them.|/n
  79. This is a good place to set up/n
  80. defenses because the enemy will/n
  81. most surely attack here because/n
  82. it is so close to the capital.|/n
  83. We can be most prepared here.|
  84.
  85. \s[#]
  86. Well,/n
  87. that's true.|
  88.
  89. \s[#]
  90. Bulgar...|/n
  91. That is in the foreign land/n
  92. of Sacae.|/n
  93. I hear that there is much/n
  94. rebellion among the nomads...|
  95.
  96. \s[#]
  97. Then force them into submission.|/n
  98. Is that not your specialty?|
  99.
  100. \s[#]
  101. Well...|
  102.
  103. \s[#]
  104. Rumours say that the enemy commander,/n
  105. Roy, is still a boy.|/n
  106. But he has gone through many scandals/n
  107. and conspiracies and rebuilt the Lycia/n
  108. Alliance Army and has strengthened/n
  109. it further than ever.|/n
  110. Compared to his hardships, yours are/n
  111. close to nothing.|/n
  112. Am I wrong?|
  113.
  114. \s[#]
  115. .....|
  116.
  117. \s[#]
  118. Then I must be off.|/n
  119. I will be praying for/n
  120. your success.|
  121.
  122. \s[#]
  123. .....|
  124.
  125. \s[#]
  126. ...Are you sure about this, my lady?|
  127.
  128. \s[#]
  129. Those two are disgraceful cowards who cast/n
  130. away their homeland to save their own skins.|/n
  131. We must not assist them anymore than/n
  132. necessary.|/n
  133. They should be thankful that they are/n
  134. getting the land and troops that they are.|
  135.
  136. \s[#]
  137. .....|
  138.
  139. ## Scene 1
  140. \g[-]
  141. \f[#|Yodel]\f[#|Roy]
  142. \s[#]
  143. We are soon approaching/n
  144. the Etrurian border.|
  145.
  146. \s[#]
  147. Bishop Yodel, I must thank you/n
  148. for everything.|/n
  149. Thanks to the Church, we were/n
  150. able to proceed thus far with ease.|
  151.
  152. \s[#]
  153. Please.|/n
  154. If you had not captured Aquleia,/n
  155. we would be suffering from/n
  156. prosecution under Bern.|/n
  157. This is nothing in comparison/n
  158. to what you did for us.|
  159.
  160. \s[#]
  161. I am glad that I could/n
  162. be of use to you.|
  163.
  164. \s[#]
  165. Now...|/n
  166. May I ask you a very/n
  167. important favor?|
  168.
  169. \s[#]
  170. Yes, anything that I/n
  171. am capable of.|
  172.
  173. \s[#]
  174. If you find out anything else/n
  175. about the Dragons...|
  176.
  177. \s[#]
  178. I understand.|/n
  179. If I discover anything new, I/n
  180. will report to you immediately.|
  181.
  182. \s[#]
  183. Thank you!|/n
  184. ...|/n
  185. Oh yes,/n
  186. I must tell you something else.|/n
  187. The lands around here...|/n
  188. They are surrounded by high/n
  189. mountains and valleys.|/n
  190. And now that night has fallen...|
  191.
  192. \s[#]
  193. It's the perfect setting for an ambush...|
  194.
  195. \s[#]
  196. Yes.|/n
  197. Castle Talas up ahead/n
  198. is under Bern's control.|
  199.
  200. \s[#]
  201. All right.|/n
  202. I will be careful.|
  203.
  204. \s[#]
  205. Yes, please.|/n
  206. Then, may Saint Elimine/n
  207. bless the Etrurian Army!|
  208.
  209. ## Village SW (Tina Staff)
  210. \g[Village]
  211. \f[#|Visitor]\f[#|Villager_SocialiteF]
  212. \s[#]\e[5|1]
  213. Are you fighting Bern?|/n
  214. Then please take this staff.|/n
  215. I heard a noble princess/n
  216. once used it...|
  217.
  218. ## House SW (Lower House)
  219. \g[House]
  220. \f[2|Visitor]\f[5|Villager_ApprenticeM]
  221. \s[#]
  222. I hear there's a village/n
  223. far to the northeast.|/n
  224. It's too far from here,/n
  225. so nobody's ever seen it,/n
  226. but I wonder if anyone's/n
  227. living there?|
  228. \s[-2]
  229.
  230. ## House SW (Higher House)
  231. \g[House]
  232. \f[2|Visitor]\f[5|Villager_ApprenticeM]
  233. \s[#]
  234. I saw a strange person/n
  235. in Bern's ranks.|/n
  236. Probably a thief.|/n
  237. I think you should tell the/n
  238. villagers before they get robbed.|
  239. \s[-2]
  240.
  241. ## Village NE (Eclipse)
  242. \g[Village]
  243. \f[#|Visitor]\f[#|Villager_SocialiteF]
  244. \s[#]\e[5|1]
  245. We don't get many visitors/n
  246. up here...|/n
  247. What?|/n
  248. The enemy was going to/n
  249. attack our village?|/n
  250. I see...|/n
  251. I must thank you for/n
  252. informing us.|/n
  253. Please take this.|
  254.
  255. ## Vs Arcard (with Klein)
  256. \f[#|Arcard]\f[#|Klein]
  257. \s[#]
  258. Klein!|/n
  259. You would betray me?|
  260.
  261. \s[#]
  262. You are the one who/n
  263. betrayed Etruria,/n
  264. Lord Arcard!|
  265.
  266. ## Vs Arcard (with Douglas)
  267. \f[#|Arcard]
  268. \s[#]
  269. D-Douglas!|/n
  270. You have turned to the enemy...?!|
  271.
  272. ## Vs Arcard
  273. \f[#|Arcard]
  274. \s[#]
  275. W-Why!|/n
  276. Why is this happening to me!?
  277.
  278. ## Arcard Defeated
  279. \f[#|Arcard]
  280. \s[#]
  281. I...|/n
  282. am an Etrurian...|/n
  283. noble!|/n
  284. I must not...die.../n
  285. here... Guh!|
  286.
  287. ## Outro 1
  288. \g[Castle]
  289. \f[#|Roy]\w[16]
  290. \f[#|Merlinus]
  291. \s[#]
  292. Lord Arcard...|/n
  293. What a pathetic ending for one/n
  294. who became so powerful.|
  295.
  296. \s[#]
  297. Well, last year, I didn't think/n
  298. we would be doing this either.|/n
  299. Maybe fate can turn out in the/n
  300. most unlikely way...|/n
  301. And that might be true for Bern/n
  302. also...|
  303.
  304. \s[#]
  305. ...?|/n
  306. Master Roy, what is that/n
  307. you are holding in your hand?|
  308.
  309. \s[#]
  310. Oh, this?|/n
  311. This is the Fire Emblem.|
  312.
  313. \s[#]
  314. Oh...|/n
  315. So this tiny gem...|
  316.
  317. \s[#]
  318. Princess Guinevere wanted me/n
  319. to keep it.|/n
  320. It seemed.../n
  321. difficult for her to give it/n
  322. to me...|/n
  323. She must have been hoping to/n
  324. end the war peacefully until/n
  325. there was no hope left...|
  326.
  327. \s[#]
  328. Hmmm...|/n
  329. Trust between siblings?|/n
  330. It didn't seem likely on/n
  331. the outside.|
  332.
  333. \s[#]
  334. Why not?|
  335.
  336. \s[#]
  337. The enemy is Zephiel,/n
  338. King of Bern!!/n
  339. It is said that he murdered his own/n
  340. father, so I didn't think that/n
  341. he would be so moved by family trust...|
  342.
  343. \s[#]
  344. What?!|/n
  345. He killed his own father?|
  346.
  347. \s[#]
  348. Didn't you know,/n
  349. Master Roy?|/n
  350. Zephiel took the throne because the/n
  351. former king had died.|/n
  352. But because the former king's death/n
  353. had been so sudden, there are/n
  354. many rumors going around.|
  355.
  356. \s[#]
  357. And one of them is...|
  358.
  359. \s[#]
  360. ...That Zephiel assassinated him.|
  361.
  362. \s[#]
  363. ...Does Princess Guinevere know/n
  364. about this?|
  365.
  366. \s[#]
  367. She must know something about/n
  368. it, if not at all.|
  369.
  370. \s[#]
  371. .....|
