Rozpack 4.5 Agreement

BY DOWNLOADING ROZPACK YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD ANY AND ALL SECTIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

I. GENERAL
- Rozark holds any right to take down any .pk3 or .wad that uses Rozpack files that violates any section of this Agreement.
- Rozark holds any right to modify or update this Agreement in official future releases.
- This file, the README included in an officially released version of Rozpack, is to remain intact and unmodified
at all times in any distribution of this .pk3 file.
- Rozpack is originally intended as a map pack for MM8BDM. Please see MM8BDM's README/Agreement for the usage of their resources
and for any credits to Capcom, the owner of the intellectual property Megaman.


II. TERMINOLOGY
- "credited properly" is used in a particular way in this agreement except for Section III, which is instead decided upon the
original author's discretion. This is defined as follows in the appropriate examples the modder is looking for below.

a) Original Map by Rozark
b) Map Redistributed by User
IF THE MAP HAS BEEN EDITED:
a) Original Map by Rozark
b) Map Edited by User
"User" is to be replaced with the respective username of the person or group who has distributed or edited the files.
- "file" is used in a particular way in this agreement. The following resources are not included when referring to this term
and overall are not subjected to any section of this Agreement except for Section III and the first dash of Section V.
a) Music.wad
b) sounds folder
- "edited" is used in a particular way in this agreement. It means any change made at all, period.


III. OWNERSHIP
- Rozark is the author/creator of Rozpack and has official contact methods included in this README.
- Rozark claims no ownership to any song or sound effect used in this or any future .pk3 or .wad.
- Any external resources used by this pack that were not made by Rozark have been credited in their appropriate category
under the credits section of this README. If for any reason any of these people feel they have not been credited properly, have
been forgotten to be credited properly, or would like their content removed, please notify Rozark using one of the
contact methods included in this README. Rozark will then make the requested adjustment in the following future release of Rozpack.
- Nobody else except for the people noted in the credits section of this README, both under the Special Thanks and Music headers,
has any special ownership to any part of any custom file used in Rozpack.
- Any remaining credits that have accidentally been missed go to their respective owners.


IV. DISTRIBUTION
- Individual maps may be placed into a separate .wad or .pk3 on the following conditions:
a) Rozark is to be notified using one of the contact methods included in this README and credited properly
in the future .pk3 or .wad's README.
b) When notified, Rozark may or may not accept the files used for a future .wad or .pk3.
If the .wad or .pk3 is declined, do not use any file from this pack.
c) This README is to be placed into a section with the files used from this pack under the title "ROZPACK README".
d) This process will need to be repeated everytime an edit to the future .wad or .pk3 is made.
- Rozark will take no responsibility for any violation caused by any future .wad or .pk3 that was not
the original and official Rozpack.
e) If Rozark does not respond within 180 days, then Section IV is void.


V. EDITING
- No music or sound effect of any kind that is used in Rozpack may be edited. Editing these resources infringes
on the respective owner's rights and creative property and will not be tolerated.
- Individual maps may be edited into a separate file on the following conditions:
a) Rozark is to be notified using one of the contact methods included in this README and credited properly
in the future .pk3 or .wad's README.
b) When notified, Rozark may or may not accept the files used for a future .wad or .pk3.
If the file is declined, do not use any file from this pack.
c) This README is to be placed into a section with the files used from this pack under the title "ROZPACK README".
d) This process will need to be repeated everytime an edit to the future .wad or .pk3 is made.
- Rozark will take no responsibility for any violation caused by any future .wad or .pk3 that was not
the original and official Rozpack.
e) If Rozark does not respond within 180 days, then Section V is void.
- The above portions of Section V may be circumvented if the modder who edited the .pk3 or .wad does not distribute that .pk3 or
.wad to other people, animals, or robots. If the modder wishes to make it public, they will have to follow all above portions
of Section V and any other appropriate section in this agreement.


VI. HEALTH
- Rozpack contains flashing lights and/or sounds that are sudden, blinding, or frequent.
Please take caution while using Rozpack. Rozark will take no responsibility for someone's health who
has declined through the use of this .pk3.
