Why do you want to be staff(4 Sentences or more): I want to be staff to give back to the community that I've had so much fun with. People have taught me how to use many tools and do many things. I've talked to many people and many/most of them are very nice. With my knowledge of dark rp and the rules on this server I immediately know what they are doing wrong and will explain it to them the best I can. As I have been staff on many other servers I have the knowledge to know so. I try to help out a lot and I find it very enjoyable to do so. I also want to be staff to be a good staff and something that a person might be able to look up to.

How do you take care of a massive rdm/rda situation:
If this was a massive rdm/rda situation I would first have to figure out if it was really a mass rdm/rda situation. I would do this by talking, but assuming it was I would teleport and jail the person to an admin sit. If they were to rdm in this admin sit then I would freeze them (If I have the power). Depending on the amount of people murdered I would ban them for 4-7 days. I would ban them for the reason no intent to rp and mass rdm.
How do you use the warn system when someone randomly kills someone or violates the rules:
I would put them in a sit figure out the situation. Next if it is as they say I would  put tell them what they have done to break the rules and warn them for that reason.
What do you do if a player is hacking:
If a player was hacking I would put them in a sit and perma ban them as hacking is not allowed and ruins the experience. Also if I have access to CAC then I would use that to find out if they are hacking.

No I am not allowed to player disrespect and it will set a bad example to other players. I must treat everyone equally and fairly.
What do you do if someone leaves a sit:
I would drag them back if I am not finished and either jail them or freeze them to make sure they do not run away again.
What do you do if someone is yelling in the mic in the sit:

What do you do if someone is afk in a sit:
I would wait for them to come back or investigate on my own through logs to find out what the problem was.

Tell us about yourself:
I have staffed on many other servers in gmod such as jailbreak, TTT, darkrp, but dark rp has always been one of my favorites. I was invited by Shadow from another community and fell in love with this server. From the great staff and funny people I have enjoyed my stay here so far. I live in California and play sports like volleyball and soccer. I am also in an enhanced version of school called gate. I enjoy playing gmod a lot and hope I can keep doing it. I have hang out on discord and have a great time. If you ever want to talk to me you'll probably find me there. I happen to be a very persistent person and even if my app gets denied Ill keep playing and try again eventually.
Finally, why do you like this server:
I like this server for both the game play and people. There are tons of things I've learned on this server due to the tools that we are given. Most servers would ban E2, but not this one. The classes are cool and I see so many different ways to use them. Automatic gun shops are things I've never seen before. There are so many cool bases and strategies to playing on this server and game mode. The amount of weapons and cheaper prices also allow to an easier start. Shazer's gambling machine impressed me opening up a whole new world of gmod I had never discovered. The whole point of gmod is that it is player run. This player base is what truly makes this community great. I see the same dedicated people every day and that is great. The staff handle the troubles like crashed and ddos so well. They are calm, collected, and know what to do. That is another reason why I want to be staff as I want to be what I admire.
