FIRST IMPRESSION -
BEFORE: they first met when they both guessed at a variety show at the same time. they were low-key fighting for the attention of the other hosts with their variety skills. they looked like friends during the show but when they came backstage, they bickered childishly and eventually became "variety rivals"

when they found out they had to be partners, they really didn't talk all the time in the beginning. they were almost eliminated due to their non-existent cooperation. they soon learned to actually get to know each other until they both became known through their chemistry in variety.

AFTER: from "variety rivals" they became known as a "variety couple" but they weren't even dating. all the contestants were shipping them even mnet was shipping them. somehow they had to make violette and him date, which happened in the last episode, were everyone left the studio, leaving her and her rival alone, pushing him to confess.
