  1. I am surprised at the tone of your email, and the bitterness with which you speak. I guess this had to get nasty at some point of time. I think it would be best on my part to be honest and clarify.

  3. The decision was taken after you'd been given sufficient time and opportunity to make Kepler work. On my part, I'd informed you of all the regulatory and financial details as and when I had any. On your part, while there was work, there was a mismanagement of operations and the funds, something which you can't deny. Every timeline and budget that you'd committed to, you overshot them - often without replying to emails or even acknowledging them for months on end, never quite informing me of the activities. You even chose to ignore the regulatory aspects of EA, despite multiple reminders, which MOM kept mailing me for. These were the choices you made, not me. So, you can't really blame me for taking a firm decision, instead of dealing with uncertainties for another few months, which I would have, only in consideration for you as a friend.

  5. Am not sure how you run your businesses in the past, but this was hard for me.

  7. To remind you, it was originally agreed that in case the company closes operations, I'd be getting everything, and there'd be a 70-30 split of what's left. I let you take the first choice on keeping the phone, because I know the number is important to you and you'd like to have it in the future. The same way, I let you keep the laptop and blackberry. All this was in consideration for you and not because you're entitled to it.

  9. Anyway, I can take the losses, as I have. If you're facing financial difficulties, let me know, but don't make it seem like your entitlement, because more than the failure of business, that would be disappointing.
  10.
  11. regards,
  12. Roshni
