The additional step you need to perform is to go to your hosting side, the side of your nameservers ( all the settings are being stored there ) .

You will need to add two corresponding A records there:

1) Type: A Record | Host: ns1.box | Value: public.ip | TTL: Automatic
2) Type: A Record | Host: ns2.box | Value: public.ip | TTL: Automatic
