  2. I would like to start off by informing you that if your son paid for Feed the Beast then he was scammed. Feed the Beast is free to download and play. The only requirements is to have a valid, Premium Minecraft account.
  3. I will continue with none of the staff members of Feed the Beast are paid. We are all volunteers, we do not accept donations or any form of payment. Many of us have jobs or are seeking higher educational opportunities. We are not required to help, we do it because we want to. I personally provide updates on the happenings of the Support Desk via my twitter account and the forums.

  5. I will end my message to you with this: if your son, at the age of 10 is buying things on the internet, then you need to pay more attention to what he is doing. No 10 year old, regardless of how "mature" you may htink they are is old enough to be on the internet without parental supervision. However, I do not see that this will be of any use since you so willingly provided this support desk with your paypal information. You should be safer with your personal information on the internet, especially with services such as this one. Or, you could teach your son how to fix issues himself. The help desk has an extensive knowledgebase, primarily created by myself, that could have easily solved whatever issue he was having. Or he could have searched how to solve it using the Feed the Beast forums.

  7. I am not happy that you felt the need to point the finger immediately at us for you not knowing what your son is doing on the internet. We are not baby sitters, we are not responsible for any actions that your son may have done to cost you any money. It is also entirely unnecessary for you to title your message "*****URGENT REFUND REQUIRED my son's support ticket disappeared with no reply NOT HAPPY **********". It's obnoxious, and makes you seem like the child in this case. It is also unnecessary for you to post twice. You are lucky I am taking the time to reply to you in a civil manner, rather than simply deleting your ticket and cries for help, since it obviously does not pertain to any form of Feed the Beast related tech support, as all you are doing is complaining.

  9. I do hope you learn from this, learn how to use the internet responsibly, and teach your son to do so as well.
