- People are not just cogs in someone else's machine. They have choice, for example to get a different job. Of course nobody chooses to be poor. But government makes the choice to be lazy a lot easier by making sure they at least have enough money to live. And it makes the choice to work hard a lot harder by making those people pay for the choice of the others.

- What an insane assumption! Especially in a world where people get money from the government! How is that no money?
- Especially in a world where internet allows you to educate yourself for free or very low cost. Capitalism did that, not government.
- With freedom people could get jobs that require less education, earn money, get themselves educated and be motivated by the increase in their pay. The idea of the income trap is total bullshit. The 'war on poverty' has only decreased economic mobility.
