Pokemath! Pokemon 1, Pokemon 2, Pokemon 3, and Pokemon 4 will give you the dex numbers of 4 Pokemon in a sequence. Answer with P1, P2, P3, P4, and the 5th (and final) Pokemon in the sequence (in that order). To help you out, for each Pokemon I've provided a hint, which when solved, helps clue the overall sequence.
NOTE: Each hint should be interpreted as a number, not as a Pokemon with that dex number. Do not include the answer to any hints in your final answer.

Hint 1: In the Pokemon Adventures manga, a member of Team Rocket owns 11 of a certain Pokemon and utilizes them as explosives. This is said Pokemon's dex number.

Q1: Two forms of a certain Pokemon have different typings, but share the exact same set of weaknesses. This is its BST.
Q2: Largest multiplicative increase to a move's base power between two generations (e.g. 10 -> 20 = 2).
Q3: The smallest number that can be written as the sum of two positive square numbers in two different ways.

Hint 2: In Gen 8, the amount of friendship required for friendship evolutions was reduced to this threshold.

Q1: Highest base power of all moves (excluding Z-moves) to have a 100% chance to boost a user's stat.
Q2: The dex # of the first Pokemon by dex order that can evolve through the use of two different evolution stones (consider forms as different Pokemon).
Q3: In the first 1,000 digits of pi, this digit appears in the longest contiguous string of the same repeated digit.
Pokemon 3: [Q3 ^ (Q1 / Q2)] reversed
Hint 3: A certain non-Pokemon game describes a Pokemon's "squinty eyes" as "adorable." This is said Pokemon's dex number.

Q1: Difference between the highest and lowest BSTs of Pokemon that can have perfect Pokeathlon performance stats.
Q2: The dex # of the only Flying-type Pokemon in Pokemon XY that appears flying in battle but can not be used in a Sky Battle.
Q3: The only integer that is one greater than a positive square number, and one less than a positive cube number.

Hint 4: This was the highest Special Defense stat of Gen 8 Pokemon (before it got nerfed prior to Gen 9).
