$8 VINTAGE FORMAT RULES

$8 Vintage follows the Vintage banned/restricted list and deck construction rules with a few modifications:
> The minimum deck size is 40 cards instead of the usual 60 cards typical in constructed formats. Sideboard remains 15 cards maximum.
> Main deck and sideboard total cost must total $8.00 or less based on TCGPlayer Low pricing. This excludes basic lands and proxies allotted below.
> Decks have a 7 points to spend on proxies of ANY cards legal in Vintage which will NOT count toward the $8 deck budget. Proxy costs per card are detailed below:
	~ Black Lotus and Ancestral Recall cost 2 points each
	~ All other proxies cost 1 point each
