Average run: 45m-1hr, lets go with 1hr to be easier on numbers
You can get the past bullet on your first run, meaning you can kill off all 4 main characters pasts. You also would get 4 NPC's in the runs. : +4 hours
The next run is to start repairing each elevator, while also getting paradox then gunslinger along with 5 NPC's : +5 hours
Next is to do every single challenge, which can all be done at once as gunslinger to save time, along with 1 NPC : +1 hour
After that, you have to collect every alt skin and gun for each character while doing frifle's challenges, along with every last NPC : +8 hours
Then you need to go to every secret floor, collect the snake and do the advanced dragun, while doing frifle's challenges : +1 hour / 30m-45m with turbo
Complete the rest of the frifle challenges and Ox's arm quest : +6-12 hours depending on if you had turbo
Try to get every last gun and item you haven't unlocked as quickly as possible, both using and not using rainbow mode but always using turbo mode : + 3-10 hours depending on how your run luck is
