I wish to apply for the graduate trainee job advertised. I am a software engineer with more than two years experience who would like to expand his knowledge pool and make positive impact in the process. I graduated in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in computer science and acquired a Cisco Certified Network Associate certification August this year. I have also acquired a dozen certificates in SAP related courses and cybersecurity courses.
During my time as a data engineer, I interacted with a ticketing and an escalation system. I was able to set up Victorops escalation policies for more than 10 software engineers in my department to ensure that any tickets raised either by employees or the system itself were promptly addressed by the appropriate persons. I also program, using Python as my primary language but also fluent in C and C++. I also have experience with databases ran both locally and in the cloud.
