        Realm of vore and lewd RP rules

        * Our new Strike System (beta) *

* Each member will now have a total of 8 strikes, after reaching that number, you may be temporarily banned from the Chatzy and Discord servers.

* Strikes will reset after 1 year, gaining a new strike will restart the countdown. You must go a full year without a strike to reset it.

* The number of strikes you accumulate is dependent on the severity and consecutiveness of each misconduct. A warning will be given before each strike.

- A minor disobedience will yield 1 strike. These are things such as excessive meme/image posting after being told to stop.

- A major disobedience will issue 2 strikes.
These are things such as racism or excessive harassment towards someone(s) after being told to stop.

- A consecutive punishment towards a previous form of misconduct will double the amount of strikes recieved.
Say you gain 2 strikes for bullying another person, if you do that very same offense within that yearly period, you will instead gain 4 strikes.

* As of right now, silencing a member is something we do not have in place, but will be integrated into the system if need be.

* Strikes will be recorded on an individual's mod note. That way everyone in the room will be able to see how many points someone has accumulated.



                 GENERAL

* Racism, Sexism, Homophobia, Transphobia, straightphobia and anything that falls under discrimination or bigotry will not be tolerated. (2 strikes/ major offense)

* Impersonation of others without permission
from them is prohibited. (2 strikes/ major offense)

* Disputes on the subject of characters with the same names and/or refs will be handled case by case.

* Respect all members of staff. This means avoiding arguing and blatantly continuing to do something after being told not to. We don't want any drama, so we aim to shut any problems down before they arise. (Arguing with staff = 2 strikes)

* Any images containing excessive amounts of skin, reference or otherwise, should be labeled as NSFW. If you are unsure if what you are about to post is NSFW or not, go ahead and label it as such. Better to be safe than sorry. (1 strike/ minor offense)

* Any messages containing scat, excessive gore, and the like should have the [x]...[/x] command around it. (1 strike/ minor offense)

* No linking to outside servers to advertise unless permission is given by a mod. (1 strike/ minor offense)

* No disruptive, offensive, or misleading names. This includes Zalgo text or anything otherwise agreed upon by staff. (1 strike/ minor offense)

* No venting in the main chatroom or public Discord channels. Unfortunately, almost no one will want to hear it, and we aren't qualified to give professional help. We do have a venting channel in the Discord server, so you are free to use that if need be. (Subject to change. 1 strike/ minor offense)

* Attempts at provoking, baiting, and gas lighting others will not be tolerated. Trolls are not appreciated and should find a different bridge to live under. (2 strikes/ major offense)

* If you dislike someone, you are able to ignore them, and it is suggested to do so.
However, you cannot choose to ignore mods, even if you do not like one.

* While everyone loves memes and funny images of cats, there is actually a point where it's just too much. We ask that you try to limit yourself, and if told to stop posting images, you stop, and not after "one more". (1 strike/ minor offense)

* Similar to the last rule, filling main chat up with references of your character(s) is unwanted, as it disrupts the flow. If you have more than 4 refs you want to post, please use an album that contains all of what you want to show. (1 strike/ minor offense)

*This was mentioned in the entry message, but please, if you are under 18: STAY OUT.
Obviously, most won't obey that caution, and just as many will avoid detection somehow.
We aren't responsible for what you might see or who you might encounter in here, so enter at your own risk. (Immediate ban)

If we suspect you are under the age of 18, you will be forced to show some form of identification. Don't worry, you won't have to do so publicly, just to an admin.
Failure to comply with that request will earn a sequential ban.

* On a somewhat related note, if someone approaches you via PM, and asks for information that you don't feel comfortable sharing, or if they make you feel uncomfortable otherwise, please seek a mod.
Our mod team is handpicked and deamed trustworthy, and they'll know what to do once you reach out to one.





                 Role Play


* Roleplay Barging is the act of joining an ongoing, or soon to be started roleplay without explicitly being invited. This is not allowed. You may ask someone to join, but are to respect their wishes if denied.
If told to leave an open RP, you are to do so. (1 strike/ minor offense)

* Harassment of roleplayers and/or their characters with malicious intentions will not be tolerated. (2 strikes/ major offense)

* Respect people's preferences and do not push for anything that makes someone uncomfortable. (2 strikes/ major offense)

* Underage characters such as humans younger than 18, or non-human characters below their species' respective age of maturity, are not allowed. Aging up pre-existing characters who are underaged, is not allowed either. Failure to comply will result in a temporary ban.

* Characters that lack basic human level sentience, or just the ability to communicate in some form, are not allowed. Failure to comply will also warrant a temporary ban.

* No godmodding. This can be anything from actions that wouldn't normally be doable by your character, or writing out your opponent to have failed to counter an attack without them stating it themselves. If you can't accept your character losing a fight, you shouldn't be doing one. (1 strike/ minor offense.)

* Posts regarding sensitive or disturbing content such as gore, scat, watersports, and sensitive subjects should be placed within a spoiler ([x],[/x]). (Case by case, either 1 or 2 strikes)

* Posting malicious images with the intent of disrupting the chat in main or in attempts to traumatize members will result in a temporary ban.






             Guidelines for mods

Whether you're a returning mod, aspiring mod (I'm sorry), or even just a curious member, the rules mods must abide by are below. We want to be transparent with what our mods can and cannot do.

* As a mod, you are held to higher standard than normal members, as you must follow all rules above, as well as the ones below. Failure to do so could result in you losing your cute little hat.

* You may not use bias or hatred towards a user when making a decision or trying to quell an argument.
If there is arguing, you are to try to quickly and calmly end the discussion. However if a party is clearly in the wrong, and/or breaking a rule: punishment must be given, even if they are a friend.
