Hi

I tried logging in to my account, Growell213, today at approximately a quarter to three. I got a message saying that my account has been permanently banned from league of legends for scripting, but I have never done anything of the sorts. This account has been mine for many years, and I'd never think to risk losing it for a couple of easy wins. I have no idea if another program on my computer might have interfered with League of Legends and might have been falsely identified as a script, but I hope to resolve this matter quickly. The only possible thing I can think of, that might have interfered with the game, is Discord, and it's overlay.

Was there really nothing? Can't you check the IP address that was used to login to the account when the name was changed for example? I'm 100% certain that it wasn't made from my IP address. This account has been mine for a really long time and I'd hate to actually lose all the progress I've made with it. I'd been working on getting my honor level up to the max for a really long time, and I'd been given many key shards for my good behavior during that time. I wouldn't fuck up all that progress by changing my name to something like "Muslimkiller22" nor would I try to script with anything to compromise my account. This result has been extremely disappointing and I'd truly appreciate it if you could check the game logs, or the client's logs for example the ID address of whoever did this.

To add to this thread, since I really want my unjustly banned account back, I have received an email containing the email address and password affiliated with my account, Growell213. This email was a scam email, not linked to league of legends, but however it shows that my credentials had been leaked at one point or another. I do not believe that my credentials being leaked in one way or another is my responsibility, so I hope we can move forward with this issue and get me my account back. I have copied the contents of the email down below and I hope that this might aid in getting my account back. The email seems to have been sent to me from my own address, but I know they didn't have access to it, since it has a different password.

These were all the interactions I had with player support and I really feel like I was being patient and willing to work to get the issue resolved, but I feel that player support was incredibly unhelpful.
