Good Afternoon people of Saltgang, as many of you know my client, @sozy#1587 has been taken to court due to in the Judges own words "her blasphemy, severe lack of common courtesy and remorse, reputation and overall attitude in chat. She has been the center of many dubious crimes that include (but are not limited to) conspiracy, online aggravated verbal battery/assault, goreposting and disrespect towards the American and Japanese nation." I will address each of the charges my client is facing accordingly and appropriately throughout this trial.

The charges for Blasphemy was apparently because of slander of individual religions (particularly Christianity). What happened was my client sozy was engaged in a discussion with @Alpha Ninja#8908 and @seven#7339 about religion, Sozy actually wasn't slandering any religion, she was merely expressing her views on an already strained topic. But seven found what she said appropriate and didn't feel offended https://prnt.sc/h7llu3, she even had the courtesy to say ''don't get offended, sorry but, i know this will sound ___ but'' before expressing her opinions. Seven, a very chill and level headed person expressed no dissatisfaction with how she was expressing herself, of course he doesn't agree with her views but thats a whole matter in and of itself and doesn't and shouldn't correspond with this trial. I believe my client is innocent on the charge of blasphemy, she didn't slander anyone's religion or culture for no reason. She was simply just engaged in a serious discussion, with other people about a sensitive topic.

While sozy isn't the most pleasant or delightful person there is, she is honestly unaware that what she says is sometimes offensive to some people. Sometimes she even uses it as a coping mechanism... While im not going to disclose my clients personal info i will say for a 16 year old girl she's lived a rough life, even rougher than others. While i'm sure everyone here at Saltgang has their own untold story, i want you guys to be sure of that too. My client, @sozy#1587 has been under intense scrutiny for the remarks she made when sorry said he's in fact been raped before, which is truly sad. Now to address the charges for Online Aggravated Verbal Battery/Assault. The ''victim'', Jordan was repeatedly roasted by sozy... :bball2: yes that is true... but will we forget that sozy was also burnt to a damn crisp too...
