For Novice, we're going to have to see some more effort put into the plot, starting with terrain. It would be nice if you showed some more diverse types of terrain.

^ As an idea, cliffs/mountains would be really nice to see! It just shows a little more interesting terrain styles that you are capable of doing - I think it's definitely needed on this plot, if not to just fill space!
In saying this, I really do like the decoration you have on the plot! The use of sugarcane/podzol etc looks really nice around the water and the plot in general!

Secondly, trees. You have one tree at the back of the plot which is actually really nice! It has a really nice design and a great amount of leaves. Would be nice if it had a few more raised roots, however, not all in the ground.
You may want to check out Plutouthere on YouTube. He's a build team member, but he's also well known in the community for his trees! Check out some of his tutorials if you want :D

Lastly, structure. The structures you have are nice but a little basic to rank so far. I wouldn't recommend using full block detailing on such a small house, firstly. Instead I would use slabs/stairs. And secondly I WOULD recommend using full blocks on the roof instead of slabs!
You will probably need more structures on your plot before you rank. A tower could be quite nice and would fit with the style!
