Fluffy Cryosleep

>One day you get home and fluffy pony is nowhere to be seen.
>The back door is open.
>It’s the middle of winter.
>Fluffy pony must have wanted to play in the snow.
>It’s coming down hard. Any tracks have long since been covered-up.
>You search and search, but find nothing, and eventually give up.
>months later, the snow is thawing out.
>you notice a patch of fluff sticking out of one of the snowbanks in your backyard.
>You brush away the snow to find your fluffy pony, frozen solid.
>You bring her inside, wondering what to do with her well-refrigerated corpse.
>As you puzzle over it, she starts to thaw.
>”Fwffy…cld…”
>You’re startled to hear her speak.
>You’ve heard about this before, how some animals can survive being frozen during wintertime.
>You set fluffy pony by the heater to thaw her out.
>Slowly but surely, she starts to come around.
>”Brrr…Fwuffy cold. Hi daddy!”
>she giggles.
>”Hungwy. Wan’ sgetty!”
>realizing that she hasn’t had anything to eat in months, you tell her to stay by the heater while you fix her up a nice pot of spaghetti.
>After putting the water on to boil, you return to check on how the thawing is going.
>You forgot that thawing her out would leave her covered in water.
>Fluffy pony has drowned.
