  1. I have encountered your scripts and your blog posts... while interesting and clearly from the perspective of advertisers, you seem to have missed some points. You acknowledged malware as a serious problem and then proceeded to blame Adblock Plus and Easylist for ignoring that problem and never got back to the point that advertising can be malicious. Advertising can be easily be evil from the concept onwards: misleading/fraudulent ads with no contact/prosecution ability, clickbait, scams, etc.... waste of space on the page, moving actual content off screen, hijacking the display with ad content, inappropriate ads, audio and video nonsense that plays automatically or on mouseover, laggy scripts, cryptocoin mining which can have side effects such as overheating laptops or ruining graphics hardware, how many dumb monkeys would you like to click or punch today?, etc. Now for the actual malware: innocent, naive, or stupid sites suddenly become malicious when they include malicious ads.
  2. It is for those reasons that I do not trust advertising and can assume only honorless or malicious intent for ANY advertiser. If something must to be inserted into my attention in a hazardous way for me to notice it, it is suspicious and deserves as much trust as receiving an offer on the street at gunpoint.
  3.
  4. Every site that pleads for users to become vulnerable by disabling protection is declaring they are willing to sacrifice their users' computers, data, privacy, and lives for the sake of ad revenue. Your script makes it easy to force such stupid conflicts between dumb web page makers and users, AND attempting to allow it to work has browsers attempting to make contact with advertising domains which I declare hazardous and unacceptable in itself. Then, are you prepared for your beloved advertising providers to actually have downtime, or do you block people for scum sites being unreachable? I hereby wish upon you evil ads of all sort, including those that annoy by content, those that annoy by features that are dishonorable, those that track you, those that include vulnerable plugins for the abuse by others, and those that are purely malicious.
