   Our children, Child one, Child two and Child three, have never had, nor will ever have permission to perform any eye exam/tests/scans with exception to the standard wall chart test given to them by their pediatrician. There will never, nor has there ever been permission given to take fingerprints/scans, for any of our children. There will never, nor has there ever been permission given to take hair samples/scans/photos, dental exams/scans/photos, oral swabbing, teeth scrapes or any other identification be it digital or other scans/d.n.a. collections.

   You do not, nor do any of your affiliations including law enforcement of any type, have any permission to hold, view, possess, log any information of this type, and must immediately destroy any and all copies. No exceptions.

   I request the name, address and telephone number of anyone who has come in contact with this information by any means to be sent to email@msn.com as well as email@gmail.com, and a hard copy to be mailed by U.S.P.S. to  411 Delphi Ave. Beverly Hills, CA. 90210 C/O Parent of Child one, Child two and Child three.
