  4. The purpose of these rules is to create an immersive speedrunning environment, rather than an artificial, robotic one with autisticically restrictive rules. Only true hunters can tackle the monster competitively with these rules

  6. No bow, LBG or HBG
  7. No cat
  8. No clutch claw
  9. No natural slinger ammo use with the intent of forcing random staggers. May be used to counter specific, reasonable mechanics such as Uragaan rolls, flying Raths or Kirin's armor mode
  10. No artificial slinger ammo with the only exceptions being downing flying monsters (does not matter whether they're retreating or if they fly as part of their attack set)
  11. No traps with the exception of capturing the monster
  12. Environmental hazards and endemic life are allowed but you may not specifically seek them out with the intent of triggering them. If a hunt naturally draws you towards one of these, you may use them
  13. Mounts are allowed but must appear naturally, similar to the above rule
  14. Turf wars and Lynian ambushes are allowed, but only naturally as above
  15. Adrenaline/Heroics allowed
  16. Fortify allowed
  17. All other items are allowed
  18. No mantles allowed except for Evasion mantle if Evade Window is part of your kit, ghillie mantle, glider mantle and all elemental resistance mantles
  19. Wallrun attacks are allowed
