INTRO/RNG MANIPULATION
- Start timer when you select your trainer name
- Natures: Modest, Mild, Rash
- Stat parameters:
> HP: x
> Attack: 9/x/x
> Defense: x/x/x
> Sp. Atk: x/x/28
> Sp. Def: x/x/x
> Speed: x/18/x
- Min frame 4040, max frame 5235
- Select Squirtle at listed time + 0.13 seconds

PALLET TOWN
- Rival 1: Tackle spam (Tail Whip turn 1 with Modest)

ROUTE 1
- Get Potion from mart guy on second trip (first trip if it will kill turn frame)
- Kill any Lv. 2/3 for experience (don't kill L3 Pidgey with <a/21/x)
- Catch Rattata and Pidgey if you see them

VIRIDIAN FOREST
- Get Antidote
- Get hidden Potion on far-left tile if necessary (same row as Weedle Guy)
- Weedle Guy: Tail Whip, Tackle spam

NOTE: Consider killing an encounter before Brock if no torrent/green on the weedle chart

PEWTER GYM
- Minion: Bubble x1-2, Bubble x2-3
- Brock: Bubble x1-2, Bubble x1-2
- Switch Tail Whip or Withdraw to slot 1 if ever used.
- Learn Water Gun over Tail Whip

PEWTER CITY
- Sell Rock Tomb
- Buy 4 Potions, 4 Antidotes, 2 Paralyz Heals, 3 Awakenings and 6 Repels (If you caught a Rattata)
- Buy 3 Potions, 3 Antidotes, 3 Paralyz Heals, 3 Awakenings and 6 Repels (If you have to catch Paras)

ROUTE 3
- WG everything
- If no Torrent for 14, get Torrent off second L10 Caterpie; if no Torrent for 15, get it off L11 Caterpie
- Catch Pidgey/Spearow if you didn't catch Pidgey
- Get Persim Berry before the center

MT. MOON
- On first repel menu, register TM Case and equip Persim Berry first
- Get the Rare Candy
- Fight the Hiker (Bubble x3)
NOTE: Fighting the Rocket spinner may be better if you have high Torrent and can survive Hyper Fang (x/15/x takes 11-13 dmg)
- Rocket: WG x2, WG x2 (can save 1-2 turns if in Torrent)
- Super Nerd: WG spam
- If no Paras, grind for one at the very end (WG to weaken)

ROUTE 4
- Teach Mega Kick over Bubble

CERULEAN CITY
- Buy 4 Super Potions
- Heal to full and candy to 19 (learn Bite over Slot 2)

CERULEAN GYM
- Misty:
> With good Attack: MK+Bite, Tackle+Tackle+Bite+Bite
> With average Attack: Bite+evaluate roll, Tackle+Tackle+Bite+Bite
> With bad Attack: Tackle+Bite+Bite, MK+Bite+Bite

CERULEAN CITY
- Consider center if low on Mega Kicks, low on Super Potions and/or x/x/29+ Sp. Atk
- If no center, heal to 25+ HP for rival
- Get hidden Rare Candy

NUGGET BRIDGE
- Cerulean Rival: WP+WP, Bite+MK, WP x2
- NB1: Bite x4
- NB2: Bite, MK, Bite

ROUTE 25
- Get hidden Elixer
- Get the Pecha Berry
- Hiker: WG
- Lass: WP x2
- Jr. Trainer: WP x2
- Do NOT get the Oran Berry (candies are enough for Koga)
- Lass: MK x2, Bite
- (Get Ether if need at least 2 MKs for Drowzee/Raticate/Ivysaur/Raticate)
- Get S.S. Ticket, then run back to Cerulean and enter the Dig house

CERULEAN CITY
- Rocket: WP, MK

ROUTE 6
- Get the Sitrus Berry and candy (consider skipping Sitrus with good HP/Sp. Def/Speed)
- Use 2 candies to reach L27, and use the Ether if you got it
- Jr. Trainer: WP, MK (or WP x2 in Torrent)

S.S. ANNE
- If in Torrent, 2+ MKs and out of Vine Whip kill range, skip free heal
- S.S. Anne Rival: WP+Bite, Bite+MK, MK, Bite
> If exiting fight at high HP, save at least 3 Mega Kicks for Surge
- If low on Mega Kicks or skipped first free heal, take free heal on the way out

VERMILION CITY
- Press Select to teach Cut and Dig to Rattata/Paras
- Cut the bush to enter the gym

VERMILION GYM
- Gentleman: WP
- Menu AFTER Gentleman:
> (Equip Sitrus Berry)
> (Heal to full or near full)
> (Heal paralysis)

FUCHSIA GYM
- On first spinner bag manip, teach Surf over WG, heal/candy to safe HP and equip Pecha
- Juggler: Surf x4
- Koga: Surf x5 (assumes L42 for Weezing; better to Bite+Surf if not)
> At 60+ HP: Surf, X Spec, Surf x2, Surf, Bite+Surf (if Muk hits into Torrent, Bite+Surf, then OHKO Weezing)

FUCHSIA CITY
- Get Strength
- Use a Super Repel, heal/candy for Speed if necessary, then Fly to Pallet and Surf to Cinnabar

CINNABAR ISLAND
- Go to the mansion (approach from left coast)
- Get the Elixer and TM14
- Get the Secret Key, then Dig out and bike to the gym

CINNABAR GYM
- Blaine: Surf x4 (NOTE: You MUST have Torrent by the time you hit Arcanine)
- After exiting, say no to Bill, then Fly to Celadon and bike to the gym

CELADON GYM
- Beauty: Bite x2
- Teach Blizzard over Mega Kick and heal/candy to 30+ HP (should have no candies after this)
- Beauty: Bite
- Erika: Surf, Bite, Blizzard
- After exiting, Fly to Celadon and bike to Silph Co.

SILPH CO.
- Take elevator to 5F
- On spinner bag manip, use the Max Elixer and heal so 3 Wing Attacks = Torrent
- Silph Rival: X Acc, X Spec x2, WP, Blizzard x2, Bite, WP
- Rocket: Bite, WP x2
NOTE: Consider WP X3 on 28 special (68% range on Cubone)
- Giovanni: Surf x3, WP
- Dig out, then bike to the gym

- Skip the hidden Lum Berry
- Box heal and deposit slaves (from "Move" menu)
- Buy 11 Full Heals + max Full Restores

ELITE FOUR
- Lorelei: X Spec x4, Bite + Bite, Bite, Bite, Surf, Bite + Bite + Bite
NOTE: Surf does more damage than Bite on Dewgong. Consider using it if the first roll on Bite is low.
- Bruno: Guard Spec., X Spec x2, Surf x5
NOTE: If not in torrent after 2 X Spec, X Spec 2 more times or until you are.
	Alternate: Torrent + X Spec x3/X Spec 4 Strats: Bite, Surf, Surf, Surf, Bite
> If you heal, use a Super Potion for Torrent manip
NOTE: You will speed tie Hitmonlee with 18 Speed
- Heal to ~35-50 HP (high Torrent)
- Agatha: X Speed, X Spec, Surf x5
> If you heal, use a Super Potion for Torrent manip
- Heal to full
- Lance: X Acc, X Spec, Blizzard+(Strength)+Blizzard, Blizzard x3, Surf
- Heal to full and use the Elixer
- Champion: Guard Spec., X Speed, X Spec x3, Surf, X Acc, Blizzard, Surf x2, Bite(Blizzard) + Blizzard, Surf
NOTE: If Pidgeot gives you Torrent, skip the third X Special, then heal on Gyarados
