  19. Upon running a detailed analysis of the proposed In house Foundation design a few Inadequacies have been identified that could potentially compromise the structural integrity of the building. Our reports suggest a high concentration of sulphates in the soft clay slits and the presence of uncontrolled fill. It appears that these potential risks for the buildings structural soundness have not been addressed or picked up in the current building design and nothing has been done to mitigate these risks. Below I will highlight specific areas of concern and identity remedies for these issues.
