All ElectroBNC users have a set ident that they cannot change. This allows for the ability to ban a specific user and ensure they cannot return without negatively affecting our other users. However, we do realize that abusive users may result in network bans that can negatively impact innocent users of our BNC. As such abuse complaints will be dealt ASAP.
