  1. 1. Your characters can have a pre-existing relationship with each other, but don't forget to interact with the rest of your coterie too. You are a team.
  2.
  3. 2. Think carefully if you want to give your character a physical or mental condition. If said condition would cause them to regularly become incapacitated or unable/unwilling to participate in the plot, it is probably best avoided for this particular game.
  4.
  5. 3. Your character may not have any in-depth knowledge of the supernatural outside of kindred affairs. In this game, non-kindred supers are vague and poorly-understood, with most being considered too dangerous to be messed with. The exceptions to this rule are things that are intimately tied with a particular clan (a Giovanni with ghosts, a Kiasyd with *very* basic knowledge of Changeling lore, etc)
  6.
  7. 4. Your character's range of influence should be fairly limited, and they probably don't have friends in high places unless you have paid for specific merits. Even if you do have these merits, to keep the game fair and all players on equal standing the privileges will be rather limited.
