  41. • Added the Bounties system
  42. • The Personal Logs has a new tab called "Bounties" where you can read more about each target.
  43. • The key is to see in which region a bounty target is active.
  44. • Get in that region and look for the bounty's lackeys. They belong to a special faction called "Liberated".
  45. • Beating the lackeys into a pulp will reveal the hiding location of their "boss".
  46. • Kick the boss in the proverbial behind and claim the reward.
  47. • Added full support for additional downloadable content (the technical bits work similar to mods).
  48. • Added the DLC section to the game launcher.
  49. • Added a couple of new player portraits (both male and female).
  50. • Carriers buffed to make them more usable.
  51. • Fixed an error related to fighter wings not being properly read from ship template files.

  64. MATERIAL EDITOR CHANGE-LOG
  65. • Added an alternative camera movement mode
  66. • Switch to the mode via the checkbox in the Tools panel.
  67. • Rotate the camera around the focus with the middle mouse button.
  68. • Move the camera using W-S-A-D or the arrow keys.
  69. • Move the up/down using R/F or PageUp/PageDown.
  70. • Roll the camera using Q/E.
  71. • To speed up movement, press and hold the Shift key.
  72. • To slow down movement, press and hold the Tab key.
  73. • When clicking on the Editor screen while a dropdown menu is open, the dropdown will automatically close.
  74. • Drag and drop a texture file into the Editor screen to reload it in memory. Makes iterations quicker.
  75. • Removed a number of redundant options. They weren't real options, just dead pixels.
  76. • Updated the Tutorials link.
  77. • Re-positioning particles, turrets and meshes no longer repositions the main light source.
  78. • Deleting an assembly object now works as intended and will no longer cause the Editor to crash somewhere down the line.

  82. EDIT: QUICKFIX I
  83. • Just released a quickfix for several most prominent issues that popped up:
  84. • Fixed a problem with seemingly invulnerable warmasters.
  85. • In some cases, bounties didn't get spawned properly. This is now fixed.
  86. • Did a fix for several cases of corrupt saves where Relay Satellites were flagged with too high of a tier.
  87. • Fixed several errors related to bounties and their Starchart info-cards.

  89. EDIT: QUICKFIX II
  90. • Another quickfix went through testing so it might be a good idea to let it go live ;). This will likely be the last quickfix in this update, which means we'll refocus on the next proper update!

  92. • Buffed up Helios shield, it is still the lowest in class but bare in mind that Helios has several other advantages on combat relevant stats compared to the rest of Dreadnoughts.
  93. • Tweaked a number of light weapon turret arcs.
  94. • Fixed a problem related to Warmaster ship templates. Warmasters will now use fighters properly.
  95. • Tweaked a number of bounty rewards and difficulties.
  96. • Tweaked AI target prioritization. If hostile ships are further away, AI switches to platforms as primary targets.
  97. • Tweaked the AI of supercapitals. They will now move in closer to static targets to clean them out.
  98. • Fixed an error related to the working of Borehole torpedo. It should now work as intended in all cases.
  99. • Fixed a problem with friendly fire causing weird stuff, and other glitches.
  100. • Done a number of smaller script fixes and tweaks.
  101. • Done a number of error correcting in the text files (especially the German localization).
