  5. 01:27:42: <Paradox> The entire island seems to be shaped like a big icy cone. There's several gigantic yawning caves going into the ice mountain - caves large enough for SEVERAL pancakes to fly through!

  30. 01:51:07: <Paradox> Reaching the bottom of the staircase, you come to a long icy corridor. There's a closed gate ahead; in front of the gate, two dittos are sitting on a table. They seem to be smoking and playing cards. They're both facing away from you, and haven't yet noticed you.

  102. 02:24:17: <Paradox> Anyway, as you walk through the corridors, there's quite a few empty jail cells on either side.

  105. 02:26:02: wyl tenses up a little with each empty jail cell. Clearly it's starting to worry him, until they actually do find some.

  108. 02:26:45: <Paradox> There's three women and two men within one jail cell. They seem to be mostly Veilbeak villagers; all of them quite old and enfeebled.

  110. 02:27:40: <DR_FLOYD> "...Vhat terrible conditions." Floyd glares at the Ditto. "You. Open it."
  111. 02:28:22: <wyl> "Hey, we're here to help," Wyl speaks up, then realises he can't remember whether they would understand that and tries to motion something along the lines of helping. And then just gives up and looks for a way to open this thing.
  112. 02:29:24: <Paradox> Touching the Ditto to the cell opens it easily enough!
  113. 02:29:35: <Paradox> " Oh .. you're .. *cough* Bokor's friend .. "
  114. 02:29:59: <wyl> "Yes. Sorry it's taken so long, we were kind of statues for a while."
  115. 02:30:34: <DR_FLOYD> "Are zhere any other prisoners inside 'ere?" Floyd asks the Candyman while helping the other prisoners getting out of the cell.
  116. 02:30:42: <Paradox> They seem quite weak. Their lips are chapped, and their eyes unfocused. They're at least all wearing warm looking blankets; much needed, since otherwise they'd quickly suffer from frostburn from the icy walls and floor.
  117. 02:31:33: wyl gets out his medical kit and does what treatment he can, also bringing out Aqualung to help out with warmth
  118. 02:32:42: <Paradox> They're in clearly no condition to go anywhere without some help, but they're mostly just dehydrated and hungry.

  124. 02:35:22: <wyl> "..." Wyl bites his lip as he does his best to get them in a better condition. "We do, but... but if we leave them here to come back later it'll cause problems if someone else discovers this before we're done. It'd be forfeiting their lives."
  125. 02:37:11: <DR_FLOYD> "Zat is my point... Unless... Let's leave Aqualung und Shorty 'ere, zhey vill guard ze prisoners 'ere vhile ve go deeper."
  126. 02:38:18: wyl looks to Aqualung... and to the prisoners. "Will that be alright? Or do you think you're able to come with us?"

  129. 02:40:38: <Paradox> "But perhaps we can let the others while you go deeper in."
  130. 02:41:23: DR_FLOYD lifts his shoulders. "It's for ze best ve leave you 'ere zhen..."
  131. 02:43:17: wyl nods. "Aqualung, take care of them, alright? We'll be back as fast as we can."
  132. 02:45:20: <Paradox> Aqualung nods.
  133. 02:48:03: DR_FLOYD pats his Froslass. "Take care of zhem, und stay out of trouble, okay? I vill return soon."
  134. 02:48:21: wyl pats Aqualung with a smile, then sternfaces. "Let's get going then." and does
  135. 02:49:05: <DR_FLOYD> "Of course." Floyd leaves the others as he heads deeper inside the prison.
  136. 02:52:20: <Paradox> A few of the cells you walk past have a few more Veilbeak clansmen ... ones that are clearly deceased. On the very last cell before another set of stairs going deeper in, you see a familiar face.
  137. 02:54:06: <Paradox> Ellis is wrapped up in a thick blanket in the corner of her cell. Her long brown hair seems to have been shaved off, and there's a scar across her right cheek. She looks up at you as you cross her cell.
  138. 02:54:43: <wyl> "...Hey. Long time no see," Wyl jokes a little, quickly using RANDY on LOCK.
  139. 02:55:25: <DR_FLOYD> "...Vell, 'ello zhere." Floyd looks around the corridors, searching for other familiar faces... And sentries.
  140. 02:57:57: <Paradox> That was the last cell on the current floor, so there's not much to see in either category, Floyd.
  141. 02:58:05: <Paradox> "Oh ... Wyl."
  142. 02:58:18: <Paradox> She stands up and walks to the bars, limping a bit.
  143. 02:58:24: <Paradox> "You're alive."
  144. 02:59:08: wyl helps brace her a little, looking for injuries and treating what he can. A lot of this is probably stuff not healable by a simple medical jolt. "Yeah. I would've been here sooner, but..."
  145. 03:00:18: <DR_FLOYD> "...Ve vhere 'eld up. Is anyone else 'ere beside you?" Floyd says, his tone being really serious. "Zis place... Ze damn dittos, vhere did zhey took the other vorkers..."
  146. 03:02:10: <Paradox> "Somwhere hot. A desert place, I think, from the sound of it. That's where they build all these advanced automatons ... "

  166. 03:14:49: DR_FLOYD frowns as he goes to the place downstairs tha Ellis mentioned, waving at Wyl to follow him.

  169. 03:19:06: <Paradox> There's another similar corridor, running directly under the one above. It has the same layout; barred cells in the ice.
  170. 03:20:52: <Paradox> The cells here are all empty, though many of them have personal effects in them; blankets, clothes, waterskins. Obviously, a lot of people ONCE occupied these cells.
  171. 03:21:26: <Paradox> The last cell though, has shelves made of ice lining the walls. There's pokeballs on each shelf, in neat rows.
  172. 03:22:34: <Paradox> In front of each pokeball there's a small tag, naming the species and temperant; Serperior, Hostile. Lapras, Docile. Aerodactyl, Hostile. So on, so forth...
  173. 03:23:10: DR_FLOYD lifts an eyebrow when he notices the "Aerodactyl" ball and approaches it, grabbing and releasing whatever is inside.

  185. 03:35:26: <wyl> "Probably further down," Wyl does grab one or two that he knows belong to Shell due to fraternizing with rival guilds and there probably being none of Alex's here, and looks for a way down.
  186. 03:36:54: <Paradox> You go down to yet another similar looking corridor.
  187. 03:38:00: <DR_FLOYD> "You'd guess ze Dittos vould 'ave more originality designing zheir dungeons. Maybe zhey used it all to make zose terrible machines." Floyd steps down while Quetza rests on his shoulders.
  188. 03:40:17: <Paradox> The first few cells you walk past are completely filled with ice.
  189. 03:40:55: <Paradox> If you were to try, you could probably make out the shapes trapped within the ice, but you both have enough wisdom to know you probably don't want to.
  190. 03:41:47: wyl only kind of briefly looks but... yeah. His mood is getting progressively more worried with each empty cell... or full cell, for that matter.
  191. 03:43:27: <Paradox> Well, if you looked - you guessed it - more dead bodies! Looks like they're just throwing them in these cells and freezing them until they can do something with them.
  192. 03:44:21: <Paradox> Most of the cells here are empty, until you get nearly to the end.
  193. 03:45:07: <Paradox> Miss Flora and the Alchemist that you met Floyd through, Professor Blast, are sitting on the cell to your right. On the cell to your left is Alex.
  194. 03:46:58: DR_FLOYD goes to the right cell and says. "Hey, you guys okay?"
  195. 03:47:05: wyl opens some goddamn locks. ...and then practically jumps onto Alex in a hug of relief.
  196. 03:48:02: <Paradox> Alex is sporting an eyepatch, and looking pretty bruised. But he doesn't seem to mind the pouncehug, and returns a hug in kind. "Hey there, stranger."
  197. 03:49:14: <wyl> "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I should have been here so much sooner..." Wyl's not really sounding like he's joking, like he had been before.
  198. 03:49:44: DR_FLOYD almost rolls his eyes at Wyl's display of affection on such a time, but can't help but smirk a bit. Ah, to be young.
  199. 03:50:49: <Paradox> Miss Flora stands up as Floyd approaches. "Yeah, just peachy."
  200. 03:52:15: <Paradox> "You have some sort of blunt intrument for me to bludgeon that bastard Ronald to death with, right?"
  201. 03:52:46: <Paradox> "Or ... or medical supplies ... my legs ..."
  202. 03:53:04: <Paradox> Professor Blast does indeed seem to be missing both legs. :T
  203. 03:54:17: <DR_FLOYD> "Vell... I could give you mine und ve could vork out vith one each."
  204. 03:54:28: <Paradox> Alex patpats Wyl, looking a bit confus. "Hey ... reality being re-arranged by an evil god-wannabe spirit is pretty much as good as an excuse as you can get ... "

  206. 03:56:31: <wyl> "That, and being turned to stone for a couple months, there've been a few delays yes," Wyl manages a bit of a chuckle, albeit a hollow one.

  208. 04:03:50: <Paradox> Alex whispers Wyl to something and then laughs. His isn't hollow at all!
  209. 04:04:31: <Paradox> "I'm not carrying gimpy anywhere. I wanna help beat that punk's face in," says Flora.

  211. 04:05:08: wyl laughs back about whatever has been whispered, and begins treatment of the prisoners in a much better mood.
  212. 04:06:46: DR_FLOYD sighs. "Vell, at least you guys should take your Pokéballs on zhat cell. It's quite fortunate to us zhat ze prison is not very manned."
  213. 04:07:59: <Paradox> Alex nods. "I'll get the Doc out of here, and look for Ellis."
  214. 04:08:17: <Paradox> "Shell ... Shell went off with Ronald a few hours ago."
  215. 04:08:43: <Paradox> Alex closes his eyes. "You should hurry and see if ... but I doubt it."
  216. 04:08:49: <DR_FLOYD> "Is 'e taking 'er for interrogation? Und... Torture?"
  217. 04:08:53: <wyl> "Ellis is up on the top floor of the prison, she'll be with Aqualung and the others we've rescued so far. And..." Wyl bites his lip. "I'll bring Shell back, don't worry."

  239. 04:33:16: <DR_FLOYD> "Vell, i'll be damned." Floyd glares at Ronald and taps on the ground as a blade protudes from his leg. "Don't vaste your breath, Vyl. 'e is a mad dog, and mad dogs need to be put down."

  241. 04:34:46: <DR_FLOYD> "You are only dead." Floyd points his finger at BlobRonald. "Quetza. End 'im."

  244. 04:35:29: wyl puts up a hand in front of Floyd for a moment, as though to stop him.
