Competitive in Smogon Doubles

Competitive:	This Pokemon's SpAtk is raised by 2 for each of it's stats that is lowered by a foe

Intimidate is everywhere in Smogon doubles and is the main reason that Defiant (the physical variant of Competitive) Bisharp is so popular and powerful, however the problem is that Bisharp (and other less common Defiant users) are weak to the most common intimidators: Landorus-T, Hitmontop, and Scrafty.
Different competitive users can handle all of these threats, I've gone ahead and listed EV spreads as well as movesets that I reccomend for each competitive user. I've also included points that list the advantages of using each Pokemon, and explain the choices I've made in the set. Enjoy!

Marvel sKale (Milotic) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Competitive
EVs: 196 HP / 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 56 Spd
Modest Nature
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Protect
- Confuse Ray / Icy Wind
1. Speed Evs to outspeed Heatran that have themselves been EVd to outspeed Rotom-W, maximum Special attack, 196 HP to hit an HP stat divisble by 4 for maximum Sitrus Berry recovery, and the remaining 4 EVs in Defence
2. Ice Beam for Lando-T
3. Scald for STAB + a chance to burn which is nice, especially vs Hitmontop and/or Scrafty
4 Confuse Ray or Icy Wind for Utility

Tough Kale (Wigglytuff) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Competitive
EVs: 208 Spd / 252 HP / 48 Def
Bold Nature
- Protect
- Thunder Wave / Helping Hand / Heal Pulse / Icy Wind / incinerate
- Dazzling Gleam
- Ice Beam

1. Dazzling Gleam at +1 will always OHKO scrafty, and will 2HKO Hitmontop even at max+ Special attack. Enough speed to outspeed 4 speed hitmontop and max HP with the rest into physical Def
2. Utility move is up to you, there are more options available however another coverage move can be used as well
3. +1 ice beam will always OHKO Lando-T

Gothitelle and Meowstic-F also get access to competitive, but Gothitelle is better used as a Shadow Tag trapper, and Meowstic-F cannot hit Scrafty or Landorus-T very hard even at +1.
