  9. *Icy Vortex - Summons a vortex of Frost that slows enemies and reduces their frost resistance.
  10. Rimeblossom - A delayed frost explosion at a target area for 20 damage. Enemies struck lose 10% of their current health (Max 50)

  12. Blazing Soul - Self buff. Casting fire spells increases movement speed, attack speed, and fire damage by 5% for 8 seconds. Stacks indefinitely.
  13. Cauterize - Deals 60 damage to a target. Then that target heals for 100 health over 5 seconds.
  14.  
  15. *Voltaic Overload - Self buff. Shock spells are 50% stronger, but you lose 30% of current health and magicka upon casting any shock spell.
  16. Static Bolt - A bolt of static lightning that deals 12 shock damage to health and half that to magicka, and places a charge on the target for 6 seconds. Hitting that target with another shock spell will cause it to lose 5% of its maximum health (Max 50), and dispel the charge. Does not stack.

  18. Magicka Missile - A bolt of destructive energy that deals 10 plus 3% (Max 30) of your max magicka as non-elemental magic damage.

  22. Glacial Attunement - Self buff. Gain 50% frost resistance, and frost spells cost 25% less. Your stamina regenerates 15% more slowly.
  23. Splinter Blast - Launches a bolt of ice that deals no damage to the target it hits. If it hits a target, other units nearby take 40 frost damage and are slowed by 40%.

  26. Warmth - Conjures a ball of heat energy that gradually restores 8 health per second to all units nearby.
  27. Combustion - A close-ranged burst of fire that deals 20 damage.

  29. Magnetic Flux - Curses target to take 10% bonus damage from all sources. If that target has less than 25% of their max magicka, they take 25% bonus damage instead.
  30. *Lightning Spear - A 30 damage spear of lightning that has a chance to critically strike.
  31.  
  32. *Caster's Sigil - Self buff. Casting any spell causes a slow bolt of energy to shoot out for 15 damage in the direction the caster is facing.

  34. Adept:

  36. *Gelid Gale - A gust of cold air that deals 40 damage in an area and leaves frosted barbs in its wake.
  37. Frozen Fog - Covers an area in frosty fog, dealing 5 damage per second and reducing frost resistance by 25.
  38.  
  39. Corona - A 20 point burst of fire energy centered around you. You heal for 20 health for each enemy hit.
  40. *Inferno Jet - Concentrate to fire a massive stream of fire for 20 damage per second.
  41.  
  42. Lightning Helix - A bolt of lightning that deals 30 damage and heals for 30 when it strikes an enemy.
  43. Gathering Storm - Summons a storm at the target location. Enemies within the radius are struck by lightning for 20 points whenever they're hit by a shock spell. If this lightning has struck over 20 times, a violent tempest erupts and lightning strikes randomly in the area another 20 times.
  44.  
  45. Altima - Deals 80 non-elemental damage to all enemies in a large area. Your magicka is set to 0 upon casting. 45 sec CD.

  47. Expert:

  49. Soul of Winter - Self buff. Increases your frost damage by 40%. You take 100% bonus non-frost damage unless it’s snowing.
  50. Crystalline Lance - A massive spear of frost that deals 80 damage and slows its target by 80% for 3 seconds.
  51.  
  52. Conflagrate - A circular wave of fire that deals 10 damage per second for 10 seconds and that creates smaller patches of fire whenever it hits an enemy. Enemies that die under Conflagrate explode for 40 damage.
  53. *Chaos Fireball - A heavy fireball for 65 points of damage, affected by gravity, that leaves a patch of lava where it hits.
  54.  
  55. *Great Lightning Spear - A more powerful, 70 damage spear of lightning that has a chance to critically strike.
  56. *Ball Lightning - While concentrating, you become an invulnerable ball of lightning with vastly increased movement speed that deals 30 damage per second to all enemies around you.
  57.  
  58. Tri-Disaster - Strikes enemies in an area three times for 25 damage each, with fire, frost, and shock damage.
  59.  
  60. Master:
  61.  
  62. Niflheim - Conjures a frozen curse in an area, dealing 25 damage per second to enemies inside. Any enemies that die while under the curse are immediately resurrected as frozen zombies.
  63. *Hakon's Hailstorm - Summons a hailstorm at the target location, causing shards of ice to fall for 30 damage each randomly over a large area.
  64.  
  65. *Sol Invictus - Summons a sun at a target location that burns all nearby units for 100 points per second. after 20 seconds, the sun explodes, dealing 300 damage.
  66. Royal Flare - A massive fireball that deals 600 damage. After casting it, your magicka does not regenerate for the next 12 hours.
  67.  
  68. *Maelstrom Pulse - While equipped, you gain a storm counter for each other spell you cast in combat (up to 50). Maelstrom pulse deals 15 damage to a single target. Casting maelstrom pulse consumes all storm counters. Maelstrom pulse is repeated once for each counter spent.
  69. *Sunlight spear - A devastating spear of lightning for 125 damage that has a chance to critically strike.
  70.  
  71. *Glorious Invocation - Power. Whenever you cast an elemental spell, you gain a reagent of that element. Recast Glorious invocation to consume these reagents, generating one of ten extremely powerful spells for a single cast.
  72.  
  73. - *Lingering Frisson - QQQ - Dramatically reduces a single target's frost resistance. That target takes bonus damage and staggers whenever attacked.
  74. - *Arctic Hysteria - QQE - Enemies in a large area around you become frenzied for 10 seconds. When the duration expires, they take bonus damage based on their missing health.
  75. - *Cryostatic Blast - QQW - A blast of both frost and shock damage, dealing 50 damage each. Enemies struck have their magic resistance reduced by 30 for 10 seconds.
  76. - *Extractive Magicka Pulse - WWW - Conjures a rapidly collapsing sphere of energy that detonates after 3 seconds, draining 300 magicka from all nearby units.
  77. - *Stormlord's Celerity - WWE - Your attack speed and movement speed are increased by 25% for 30 seconds.
  78. - *Vingthor's Binding - Mystical chains that bounce between targets, dealing damage equal to 7% of their max health and paralyzing them for 5 seconds.
  79. - *Scorching Shroud - EEE - Conjures a powerful solar cloak, dealing heavy fire damage to all enemies near you and launching a gout of flame whenever you cast a fire spell.
  80. - *Star of Extinction - EEW - Summons a tremendous meteor from the air that falls at the target location after a long delay. All units hit take 400 fire damage. Enemies near the center take double damage.
  81. - *Conjure Molten Spirits - EEQ - Summons 2 molten spirits that deal fire damage and reduce their target's armor.
  82. - *Polyphonic Roar - QWE - A burst of energy centered around you that pushes all enemies away and briefly slows time, dealing 100 damage.
  83.  
  84. *Trance of the Dreadwyrm - Increases your destruction damage by 25% for 90 seconds. Recast to dispel this effect, and equip the spell Akh Morn, which deals 440 non-elemental damage to all enemies in an area.

  96. Conjure Geist of Regret - Summons a spirit warrior that summons a more powerful, frenzied spirit when he dies.
  97. Conjure Riekling Suicide Squad - Summons three Small Riekling bombers. The Rieklings deal little damage but upon dying, burst into flaming explosions.
  98.  
  99. Undead Furor - Target undead gains 25% movement speed, 15% bonus damage, and heals for 4 health per second for 10 seconds.
  100. Bile Burst - Target undead takes 40 poison damage. All units near the undead take 15 damage and have their armor reduced by 20 for 10 seconds.
  101.  
  102. Bound Ephemeral Mistblade - Creates a powerful magic greatsword for 60 seconds. With every swing, the weapon has a 25% chance to dispel.
  103. Soulbound Strike - A point-blank burst of spirit energy that damages a target. If a bound weapon is equipped, you also gain 40% bonus attack speed for 3 seconds.

  105. Nodash's Sacrifice - Banish target summon you control to regain Magicka based on the summoned creature's health (Max 125).

  107. Apprentice:

  109. Conjure Spider Broodmother - Summons a deadly spider broodmother that attacks with poison. Enemies hit are slowed and afflicted. Whenever an afflicted enemy dies, they burst apart and leave three smaller spiders allied with the broodmother.
  110. Conjure Shadow of Death - Summons a spirit of death that deals 20% bonus damage and gains 10% damage resistance for each 10% of health you're missing.
  111.  
  112. Necrotic Ooze - a blob of slime that leaves a puddle, damaging and slowing enemies. If cast on a corpse, it is resurrected as an Ooze zombie, which deals reduced damage, takes bonus magical damage, and is immune to physical attacks.
  113. Skeletal Animation - Permanently buffs a zombie. When that zombie dies, its skeleton pops out and continues the fight as a skeleton warrior.
  114.  
  115. Daedric Resonance - Whenever you power attack with a one-handed bound weapon, you launch a wave of spirit energy. Two handed weapons instead create a burst centered around you.
  116. Soul Splinter - Self-buff. Whenever you cast a spell, you lose a small amount of health and summon a Soul wisp at your location that fights for you.
  117.  
  118. Crown of Doom - Target takes 50% bonus damage for 15 seconds. Whenever the target is hit, this curse transfers to its attacker, refreshing its duration.
  119.  
  120. Adept:

  122. Conjure Lord of Pestilence - Conjures a plague lord that inflicts a debuff which reduces enemy attack. Whenever an enemy dies near the lord, it recovers health and permanently gains bonus damage.
  123. Conjure Phantom General - Summons a phantom general that has a 25% chance of summoning a phantom warrior whenever he attacks. Phantom warriors have a 5% chance of summoning another phantom warrior when they attack.
  124.  
  125. King's Tomb - Conjures a spectral tombstone at the target location. Whenever any unit dies near the tombstone, a frenzied skeleton is summoned there.
  126. Corpse Trap - Imbues a corpse with energy, causing it to become a mine that detonates when any unit comes close.
  127.  
  128. Bound Earthtuned Blade - Summons an earthtuned blade. The blade is very powerful, but stepping more than 50 ft away from where it was summoned originally causes it to be dispelled.
  129. Bound Blade of Unraveling - Summons a ritual dagger in your hand with very low damage. If the dagger should kill a unit, the dagger dispels and instead transforms into a powerful demon.
  130.  
  131. Consuming Netherblast - Targets a summoned or reanimated unit under your control. That unit is instantly destroyed, but you equip a powerful blast of energy fueled by the unit's soul for one cast, dealing damage based on that target unit's health.
  132.  
  133. Expert:

  135. Conjure Shadowed Confidant - Summons a dark spirit mage. While the confidant is alive, your spells are free to cast, but you take damage based on the spell's magicka cost.
  136. Conjure Nemesis of the Named - Summons a dark assassin next to the target unit. The assassin is fragile, but immune to all damage from its target.
  137.  
  138. Voice of Nightmares - Curses a target such that no healing effects work on it for 15 seconds. That target loses 15 health whenever an undead attacks it.
  139. Ghostly Wail - A wave of dark energy that slows all non-undead creatures hit by 25% for 10 seconds. Undead units instead attack 20% faster for 10 seconds when hit.
  140.  
  141. Summon Soul's Scar - Summons a powerful staff that casts a spell that deals damage to a target based on it's missing health, and soul traps them.
  142. Rain of Lost Arrows - Calls on the spirits of dead archers from across time. A hail of spectral arrows land at the target area.
  143.  
  144. Menagerie of Beasts - Summons a giant spirit bear, a spirit stag, a spirit tiger, and three spirit wolves. They attack all units nearby, except one another.
  145.  
  146. Master:
  147.  
  148. Conjure Oblivion Gate - Summons the memory of a shattered Oblivion gate. While active, frenzied daedra spill out and attack anything nearby.
  149. Conjure Praetorian Guard - Summons a cohort of 10 Legionary warriors from long past. Each has their own skills and abilities.
  150.  
  151. Corpse Titan - Cast on a body to store it away. When you have five bodies stored away, cast on another body to summon a colossus of mangled flesh and bones.
  152. March of the Dead - Resurrects all nearby dead bodies to fight for you. Your limit on summoned zombies is removed for 30 seconds. All zombies affected gain 25% movement speed and 25% attack speed.
  153.  
  154. Bound Infernal Bow - Summons a flaming bow that launches fireballs rather than arrows.
  155. Bound Harvester's Scythe - Summons a bound scythe. This Scythe permanently deals bonus pure damage for each unit it's ever killed, up to 100.
  156.  
  157. Wild Hunt - Creates a snowstorm that summons the souls of ancient Nord warriors randomly in an area near you, charging through and attacking any enemies. Can only be used outdoors
  158.  
  159. *Dragon Tempest - Consumes Dragon souls to generate Draconic Revenants that fight for you. 5% chance to summon a powerful Spirit Dragon instead. Can only be used outdoors.
