After a major turning point in the Howlett’s’ lives, both Ruby and James decided to invest in a more peaceful lifestyle. After looking at the current real estate market, both looked at the possibility of running a hotel.

After investing in an unused block of apartments situated near Santa Maria Beach, James quickly decided that serious renovation was needed. The renovation completely overhauled the building, turning it into a five-star hotel.

Hotel Royale is a hotel run by a group of close friends working alongside the Howlett’s. The hotel aims to provide a lively location for entertainment, social gatherings, functions and events.
