  24. From the age of 15 (now 35), I have worked to build Mobleysoft into a firm known for providing clients with custom-built, robust business software and web applications; along with the following services:
  25.
  26. ➢ Lifecycle/Project Management, IT Outsourcing

  31. ➢ Meta-Systems Planning, Design, and Documentation; Master Document Production
  32. ➢ Systems Research, Development, and Engineering
  33. ➢ Operations Research, Business Modeling, and O-O Framework Development
  34.
  35. I began by answering the phones, designing client logos, and keeping the minutes at meetings; learning programming during driver/navigator coding sessions. Once I could code to spec without supervision, my focus turned to analyzing, drafting specification/proposal documents, and ensuring projects were completed on time. The next step involved fully taking over customer communications, becoming the face and voice of the company; the person you speak to when making a deal. Learning to delegate and properly utilize our resources, I have become the driving force handling all phases of operations. I am the point-of-contact for interested parties, the primary analyst/investigator during the planning phase, as well as the principal decision-maker during the bidding/project-acceptance phase. The solutions we build for our clients utilize the following technolgies:
  36.
  37. ➢ C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio 05-08, MSSQL Server 05-08
  38. ➢ Windows Server 03-08 and Active Directory
  39. ➢ HTML, XML, XSLT, CSS, Java Script, SQL
  40. ➢ Flash CS4 and ActionScript 3.0
  41. ➢ Java, JSP, Eclipse, Netbeans
  42. ➢ Assembly Language
  43. ➢ C++, C
  44. ➢ Silverlight, XAML, and WPF

  47. Coursework:
  48.
  49. C# Software Architecture – Fall 2007
  50. Acted as a project manager guiding a group of fellow students in the design, development, and deployment of an online-course-delivery webapplication.
  51.
  52. ASP.NET 2.0 Server Side Programming – Spring 2008
  53. Designed and developed an expense-tracking webapplication for small business. This project made use of a SQLServer2005 database and SqlDataSource data-binding to GridView and DetailsView webform controls for addition, deletion, and editing of records. XML, XmlDataSources and XSLT document translation were used to provide configurable data display, along with SiteMapPaths, TreeViews, and Menus for navigation. Browser-independent user-data storage through the use of cookies on the client side allowed users to remain logged in across browser instances. Passing of data between pages through storage in session-state variables provided a secure, seamless user experience protected against SQL injection attacks.
  54.
  55. Systems Analysis and Design – Spring 2008
  56. Students spent the semester acting as analysts, culminating in system specification documents. My document prescribed the specifications for line-of-business software for a mom & pop bookstore making the transition to the information age. In four milestones, the system delivered:
  57. 1) E-commerce web-application for the bookstore.
  58. 2) An inventory tracking system to automate consistency between in-store and warehoused stock.
  59. 3) A point-of-sale system for in-store sales via the web application
  60. 4) Report generation, accounting, and employee-time-card functionalities.

  62. Honors Independent Study in Evolutionary Computation – Fall 2009 (Ongoing)
  63. Mentored by Dr. David Primeaux in the VCU Computer Science Department, this independent study into evolutionary computation is focused on the study, design, and implementation of genetic algorithms; with an application portion devoted to a research project in computational physics focused on the discovery of new nanomanufacturing processes.
  64.
  65. Nanomanufacturing Research Project – Fall 2009 (Ongoing)
  66. Headed by Dr. Dexian Ye in the VCU Physics Department, I am an undergraduate researcher on a project involving the dynamics of nanostructure assembly. My role in the project centers on updating a monte-carlo simulation engine using genetic algorithms to optimize how accuratley it mimics experimental data.
