worldbuilding with friends

the process of worldbuilding with friends is cool, so here's a way to do it that only requires a lot of commitment from the DM while still allowing others to influence the world. anyone willing can also give more if they wish
some ideas;
- everyone but the DM lists 1 race concept (should probably be very broad, so the DM can fuck with it). DM lists 3, and maybe human just exists as a default
- for a country, everyone gives 1 or 2 words used to describe them (it could be an adjective like "evil", or maybe something else like "necromancy" or "Kirito")
- introduce a concept into the world, like "Magic comes from space rocks" or "each country wields a specific melee weapon". maybe do multiple ones, i dunno
- maybe something like, you pair up the races randomly with the continent after the base race concept is done, so you get weird shit like "jellyfish people who use aquamancy but they live in the fire kingdom"
- i like the idea of making it so every class besides fighter and rogue gets some interesting flavor thing (fighter and rogue can't aside from maybe guilds?) which people decide - maybe in one world, someone decides that wizards are actually all descended from six great sages, because arcane spellbooks cannot be read by other people, or in another bards actually are fey spirits possessing humanoid bodies because they cannot hold their old forms
