  1. Magical cat race (20RP):
  2. Type: Fey

  4. Size: Tiny
  5.  
  6. Normal speed 30 ft.

  8. Flexible ability scores; +2 in two ability scores of choice

  10. Languages: Speaks common, for high intelligence you can choose any human language, Aklo, Celestial, Elven, Gnome, and Tengu. You can also choose sylvan.

  12. Traits:
  13. Born hunter: Magical cats get +2 in dex ability score.

  15. No hands: Magical cats do not posess hands and can therefore not hold things normally or use weapons, they can still use their mouth to carry things. They count as quadrapeds for all purposes.

  17. Mage hand mastery: Magical cats can concentrate on mage hand as a free action, they can also interact with the world using mage hand in more complex ways as if it was a set of real hands as long as it would not require a skill check.

  19. Claws: Magical cats have 2 natural claw attacks that deal 1d2 damage blunt and slashing damage each.

  21. Cat's luck: Members of this race gain the following extraordinary ability: Once per day, when a member of this race makes a Reflex saving throw, it can roll the saving throw twice and take the better result. It must decide to use this ability before attempting the saving throw.

  23. Expert hunters: Magical cats always have stealth and acrobatics as class skills.

  25. Spell like abilities:
  26. A magical cat gains spell like abilities based on her level. On level 1 she gains mage hand as a spell like ability at will and prestidigation as a spell like ability once per day. On level 5 it gains one wizard spell of second level or lower of their choice as a spell like ability once per day.

  28. Telekinetic adaptation
  29. If a magical cat at 4th level or higher has BAB 3 or more, they may wield a weapon telekinetically. The weapon must remain within 20 ft. of the magical cat. The magical cat designates one square within range and can make attacks or attacks of opportunity from that square, this may be the square the cat is in. This telekinetically-wielded weapon does not benefit from additional attacks from effects such as haste, nor does it make iterative attacks. A magical cat may only attack with natural attacks or with the telekinetic weapon as a standard action, but may attack with her natural attacks and with her telekinetic weapon on a full attack action.
  30. When a magical cat reaches level 4, she can use any skills using hands such as sleight of hand and craft as any other race normally could using the mage hand spell, but with a -2 penalty. This goes for anything that uses hands, but always at a -2 penalty.
