2. VPN's are prohibted forever!
3. Chargebacking will lead to a blacklist and or removal of access to Blackout
4. Caught leaking will get you blacklisted and your ip leaked!
5. If caught attempting to crack you will be blacklisted and you ip leaked
6. With use of blackout we have all rights to track ip for whitelisting purposes only!
7. Blackout developers are able to discontinue at all times without refund
8. Selling in this discord is banned and if your caught doing it in dms or public your ip will be leaked and whitelist removed
9. This script is IP Locked! If your caught on another ip besides the one first run on you will be blacklisted and ip will be leaked
10. ANY TOS RULES BROKEN WILL RESULT IN A PERMANENT BLACKLIST AND IP WILL BE LEAKED!
