Verified Advertisement accounts-
Accounts that have been verified to be 'Advertiser Friendly'
will have full access to monetized videos.
These channels are channels that completely comply with the
YouTube community guidlines, and are safe for 13+ audiences.
Any breaking of the YouTube Community Guildines can result in this
status being revoked until re-verified.

Monetized Youtube Account
Normal accounts that have not been verified to be 'Advertiser Friendly'
These accounts may still get ad revenue, but advertisers can
choose whether or not to advertise through these accounts.
These accounts have an opportunity to become Verified Advertiser Accounts
to gain full benefits from Advertisers. Serious breaking of the Community
guidlines will make the account a Restricted Youtube account.

Age-restricted or Educational Monetized
These accounts are accounts that post things that are educational, but
are considered 18+. These accounts still have access to monetization,
and may be good for advertisers looking to target Education, Adult products,
or Medical products. Serious breaking of the Community guidlines will make
the account a Restricted Youtube account. Removal of all age-restricted
content and an application can make an Age-Restricted monetized into a
Normal monetized channel. Advertisers can choose whether or not to
advertise through these accounts.

Restricted Youtube Account
Accounts that have been restricted from all monetization. This does not
include channel sponsors, product demonstration on their uploaded videos,
or advertisers specifically targeting their youtube account or videos.
You become restricted when you break a serious community guideline.
These accounts may appeal twice to become a Monetized Youtube account again
with given reason and proven action on his or her own channel (Such as
deleting videos, removing malicious content, making advertiser friendly
videos, etc.) Advertisers can choose specific accounts or videos of these
to monetize but are recommended not to.
