Upon arriving on scene, myself and M-02 approached the individuals in which they did not respond. M-02 began speaking directly to one and the individual stepped toward him and shoved him. He then attempted to punch the officer where I then deployed my taser. The other indivdiual began to run from us which created a foot pursuit. Air-1 was assisting us and following the entire time. We continued on foot and M-02 was able to tackle the suspect and then deploy his taser the suspect when he began attacking M-02. We cleared the scene and established a roadblock. M-02 and myself setup do not cross barriers and such and I checked the suspect's pulse however he was 11-44 (deceased). The call lead to a pursuit lasting about 4 minutes, 23 seconds. The pursuit ended with the suspect in a chrome Lamborghini crashing in a parking garage then exiting his vehicle. At this point in time, M-02 warned the individual and he fled the parking garage then eventually after us chasing him, he ran back inside the parking garage and this is when M-02 (Vic) went for the tackle and tackled the individual to the ground. He was subdued and placed in police custody (handcuffs).
